I bought two pairs of these 2 years ago. I was SO ecstatic to find jeans that fit me! I'm 4'9" with a 27" inseam. I didn't have to roll/cuff/ hem these! I did find that they run smaller, so I had to size up. Last year I bought 2 more pairs, same style, same size...what a "night and day" difference! The latest pairs are baggier, longer, and lighter denim. I'm SO upset.

If survey had additional "stars" for rating quality and satisfaction beyond the "5", I would continue filling in stars! Purchased the two pairs in my size at local store, and ordered an additional pair for delivery. If you're lean, long leg tall and have difficulty locating/purchasing in this size category, look no further ??! These are the jeans for you. Ladies?full size inside pocket depth too! Durable denim, length tall, full sized pockets, overall product quality excellent and priced at $59.99! Absolutely thrilled with my purchase(s)!

These are awesome jeans with that great Carhart quality. Was hoping they would have been a little thicker in the material like my other work pants but still love them. The fit is perfect. I highly recommend them.

very cute jeans, but i had to return- they do run a bit smaller than my other jeans in this size, i'm gonna try sizing up, hopefully that works for me!

I am trying to replace my Layton jeans. Slim fit, boot cut, size 4. I have ordered probably 6 pair of jeans and none of them fit. I started with a 4 and it was like putting on tights. Ended up with an 8. Tried on the relaxed fit and started with a 4, then a 2 and now I'm giving up and not even ordering the 0. I wish the sizing was more accurate.

I've always liked Carhartt jeans because they are well made and more rugged than many brands. They also have deep pockets. I tried the rugged flex slim fit tapered jean and I'm very pleased. I'm 5'5" and 125 pounds. The jeans fit perfectly. I just ordered another pair. I wish Carhartt would make jeans in black, and I wish they would bring back the boot cut.

I have been wearing carhart jeans for about 12 years but the design has changed and the wear out much faster then compared when I first started wearing them. they dont fit like they used too either but still a good pair of jeans.

These jeans fit true to size. They look great and wash up beautifully. For reference I am 5-2 and 115lbs and I purchased a size 4 short. This size was perfect! I hope to buy more in the future.

Love these jeans! They are super comfortable and look good dressed up or down. They run true to size and fit well. They are my go-to jeans - I've bought three pairs now!

I love these jeans! I am 5"6" and 132, and wear a Size 10 in the Slim cut. They are fitted but not tight, not loose. I honestly don't see how some of the other commenters can fit into their jeans based on their height, weight, and size... I guess some like them to be super tight? And the guide on the top bar of the website showing the models in a Size 10 is scary! These lovely ladies should be in jeans 2 sizes bigger!! So, I guess use all the comments as a guide and choose the fit you want. The jeans are excellent quality and they stand up to washings without fading or shrinking. They are heavy... too heavy for a hot day, but perfect for any other time.

There also sliding off my hips.

I'm 5'6, 145 lbs. I ordered an 8 which usually fits perfect. The waist is high, but loose. The calves are too tight. I like look overall but comfort is a no go.

They are nice jeans. Too slim for my taste.

I chose a size larger then I normally would wear, and they fit very nicely. I like the weight of the fabric...great work jeans.

I give up. For years I only wore carhartt pants and jeans. They all seem to wear out at the same time so I would get a few at a time (note - they always lasted longer than other jeans, so I didn't mind the price - definitely got my money's worth). But after recent changes to the design (what I'm told by employees) they don't fit like they used to. These jeans now have a high waist that do nothing but fall down, leaving baggy jeans. Neither form nor function. I am returning.

Favorite Jean EVER.

I bought the same size and fit that I already own and they fit bigger. Not worth returning but not my favorite pair. The wash has a yellow cast to it which is not appealing.

Runs small, not just slim fit and as for tall jeans the rise is short and inseam is not generous. They are well made and attractive style, especially for a work jean. Will return.

Just got my jeans!! I put them on and perfection! Im short my inseam is like between 30-28 depending on pant and style and material. iIf its boot cut or tapered. Im 5f and 143 lb I got a size 12 just because I dont like my pants to squeeze me. With Carhartt I can go either a 10 or a 12 just depends on the type of pant and the material. Keep this in mind. They fit to my liking. Perfect in the length and feels comfortable in the waist. I always wear a belt so if they do stretch a little my pants dont fall and my chonies dont show. ?? So for me these run TRUE to my size. I love the dark denim! Thank you Carhartt for clothing me for years and hopefully more years to come!

Great fit for me and great heavier fabricthere will last. Im 55 125 pounds, athletic build. Usually wear 4-6 or small in pants and I dont like high rise because my waist isnt narrow and I dont like to be pinched by waistbands. I sent these back twice until I finally ordered the size 2 tall which fit perfectly. Its been hard to find jeans that fit right and have good fabric, very happy with these.

These are very comfortable and look great. Size fits as expected. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that my cat visibly snagged them in a few places the first day I had them. I expected Carhartts to be tougher. None of the other jeans I own get pulls like that. If you don't have a cat, then you should get these jeans!
