I love it Highly recommended

I wanted a durable rain jacket to keep in my truck for emergencies, for fishing and to use at the farm when needed. This fits the bill really well. The material seems sturdy and it even stores inside its own pocket so I can keep it under the back seat. I am 6'3", 215 and bought the XL Tall and I definitely have room to wear layers underneath if needed. I have not tested the waterproofing yet but I like the design and materials. Will update one I try it in the rain.

About when its time for an decent color choice, that item...is 'discontinued' even though it just showed up on the website 24 hrs. ago. Very disappointing when still searching for a little more variety which, Carhartt is still short on now for months if not longer. Makes you need to look elsewhere.

Fits true to size, does exactly what it's supposed to do, got it for rain when not cold outside. Still keeps me warm if in the 40's.

Great for mild cool days wet or dry. I used it as a slicker for my scuba trips. It will be great for wet weather year round in my area of south Texas.

Bought as a gift, looks great

This jacket is great except ... it is missing a velcro strip on the back of the hood to adjust how far it comes over your eyes. The hood flops over your eyes and limits visibility. That one little feature takes it from a 5 to a 4 star.

Could not rate durability but looks good hopefully it keeps me dry

This should have been very clear that the weight is a windbreaker. Nothing at all what you'd think you'd get from the label, Carhartt.

Bought this as a gift for our adult son who is an outdoor enthusiast. Thought it would be good as it's lightweight, easy to pack/carry, waterproof, etc.. Well, he loves it! Wears it almost daily. Looks great on him and is a nice fit! It's perfect for our PNW weather. Very happy with this purchase.

The best jacket ever - it is water proof, fits great and is visible in the early morning hours or cloudy days when he walks the dog. We are in central Illinois part of the year and in South Central Texas part of the year. This jacket is a good purchase for both states.

Perfect if you like wearing a baseball cap under a hood, which I do.

Good material

This jacket is my first Carhartt product . I just received the rain jacket today and I am really liking it, specially the 2 tones and also the outer shell material. I got the blue color and it's very stylish. The quality is great and it seems like it will last a long time.

Stayed dry throughout my trip! Just wish I would have gotten it one size larger so I could have layered better.

This jacket is great except for the fact the hood is designed to worn with a ball cap. If you are the type of person who wears a ball cap everyday you will notice no issue when putting this hood up. If you are not, you will never be able to see where you are going.
