I have been wearing Michael Kors shoes for years. They have changed the shoe and this is a lesser quality shoe. I'm returning and disappointed in the brand.

These size elevens fit like size tens. And I can't tell if I was sent the wrong pair because I can't find the size on the actual shoes. Soooo, back they go. Too bad, because they're nice looking pumps that look exactly like the photos.

I have narrower feet and the toe box on these is narrower than most shoes of this style. Ran a 1/2 size small also, but i still think I’ll return for something more comfortable.

Perfect! I often wear this pair of shoes for work all day and to go out.

This shoe goes perfect with my military uniform. The size is true to fit and it’s comfortable. I will be recommending it to my colleagues.

I normally wear a 9 and Zappos recommended a 9.5. They were spot on and I had room for gel inserts and moleskin for any area rubbing on my Toes. Heels Will never be comfortable but these are too gorgeous and classic to let Comfort stand in the way!

This shoe is fabulous! I don't usually wear heels but these fit well and are very comfortable. I'll buy another pair if they go on sale.

Shoe fits great. Style is so beautiful! Gives your outfit a real “pop”. Heel is taller than I normally like but the shoe is so balanced it feels very comfortable

Ordered these for my wedding and they’re perfect! The are true to size, the suede is beautiful, and perfect heel for height but not uncomfortably high. I plan to purchase in other colors!

You can’t go wrong with these heels a classic pump. It might be my feet but I think the toe portion is a bit short and a tiny bit too narrow but with a little help from gel pads I was comfortable all day.

Fit and size was good, however the arch support is not that good, but still it is a comfortable heeled shoe. I love the color.

Not the most comfortable shoe. Sizing was off for me, my normal size was too small, a half size larger was too big.

These are so cute, but they hurt my feet too much. I usually wear a size 5, and these were extremely narrow. I've never had to buy wide shoes, so I think these are just narrow. If I sized up half a size, it might have worked, but in the meantime I found another pair that were more comfortable and looked better with my outfit. Overall, I did like them and would try them again in a bigger size!

I had these pumps in another color for years. To me they run .25-.5 size big especially if you’re wearing them with tights which creates more slipping. Overall they’re a nice classic pump and I will keep them since they’re good without tights and fit my style.

The color is a pinkish red but I actually love it. Fit is great and although the heel is taller than expected I am well balanced and can walk comfortably. Super cute shoe.

Love the style, but they are not comfortable - too narrow and definitely run small (either because they are too narrow or just smaller length-wise.)
