These shoes are adorable. The side zipper means easy off/on. The Medium width was a little narrow for me but only on the right shoe. I love these shoes BUT returned them. I will not accept a new shoe in a generic box. This happened last week. I received a pair of shoes in a generic box. Zappos, I will never keep any pair of shoes unless they are in the original box.

The bands are loose, although the shoe is my size, my foot was swimming in it.

Lovely shoes, but the ankle strap was too loose on me. No way to adjust, so the shoes sort of flopped around with every step. Had to return.

not for slightly wider feet with a higher arch. Leather stiff.

Cute shoe but I had the complete opposite experience as most others: too tight at my size but I didn’t want to size up due to length. I have slightly wide feet so I had high hopes from other reviews being too wide these would work for me- I don’t even have high arches but the straps were digging into my arch and I couldn’t even get the shoe zipped. No stretch although I’m sure with wear they stretch out a bit. Stinks bc they are super cute and I could see wearing the bone color with a lot of dresses this summer.

Great style, but it was too big for my skinny ankles.

I have other Sofft shoes and I really like them. Their sandals run 1/2 size too large for me. The heel is smaller near the top of the sole and then widens where the heel hits the floor. It's an interesting shape, but it makes the shoes feel wobbly when I'm walking.

Way too tight on top of foot - hoped it would loosen since the length was good and the leather is soft but it’s just too tight. I am usually 7.5 - occasionally 8 - but the 7.5 was way tight.

One of the shoes felt terrible like it was manufactured incorrectly. Very uncomfortable
