The fit is great for my nine-year-old and it was really easy to clean up the light color with a bit of dawn, dish soap, and water, but the soles are peeling off on the bottoms after less than a month. I've never seen the tread just completely peel off of a shoe before. There's still tread on the shoes because they're not old. This is a huge disappointment for what is supposed to be a high-quality kid shoe.

Narrow toe box makes toes scrunched up, the foam deteriorate fairly quickly over time and can cause injuries especially with people who have flat feet. Would not recommend if you want your feet to function like they're supposed to.

Very light weight. I don't recommend for short people if they are looking for thick cushion.

Shoe is not light and the cushion is okay but there are much better shoes for everyday and long runs. I have other Hoka's that I like alot but won't be buying another pair of these.

I ordered the wildflower / starlight glow color, which looks very pink on my screen, however in person the whole shoe screams purple. The shoe laces in the picture also appear pink, however mine were very purple. The real life color is so different from that which appeared online that I actually thought they sent me the incorrect shoe. I am ultimately disappointed in the color difference in real life vs the screen, and am returning these shoes. I ordered these for myself (a women's size 8 fits a kids size 6.5 - life hack!) but I will be returning these.

My child wore these for just under one month. She wore them for basic wear - at school and at the school turf playground or on cement streets walking around. The bottom already has a rip in the foam. When I tried to contact customer service about returning them, I was told there was no place I could upload the picture of the problem (I had super glued it back together after taking the picture so she could wear them) and that since they were dirty (she has worn them for nearly a month), they might not take them anyway. So I would have to send them in and just hope for the best. Extremely frustrated both with the shoe quality and the customer service's ability to deal with the issue.

It was beautiful but way too big for me. Do u carry a size 2Y. I will just exchange any for a size 2Y Thank you

I'm not sure it's because I ordered a big kids Clifton 9 but it doesn't feel as cushioned as the women's white Clifton 9's I've tried in before. I feel like there is isn't much heel support and the toe area is wide.

This shoe is comfortable for my son who always complains that his feet hurt. There is one downside to them. I noticed that the midsole immediately started to fade out from black to white. Given the price of the shoe I would expect better quality, so I am disappointed in this. We have tried all brands including on cloud but he likes the comfort of Hoka. I purchase shoes every two months and am debating whether or not I will purchase again.

My kid has been wearing it to school, plays soccer and other school stuff, but once hes back and takes them off.. its bad !! I really feel sorry for him ! Hoka team, please suggest some options.

I got the 2 smallest youth sizes to try because I am a small adult (5') and they are still way too large. For reference, I can fit some women's 5s in shoes, but for sneakers I usually need smaller. The 3.5 and 4 youth were too long by a lot. It's disappointing that they don't offer smaller sizes and I doubt these would fit most kids.

I love Hoka and have several pairs myself. But the kids Hoka aren't there yet. Got the first pair for my kids, and within a month the tread started coming off the shoes. We've had to superglue the treads on multiple times now. I trust the brand, but they messed up on the soles of these shoes. Also, my kid is "pretty normal" when it comes in terms of usage. The shoes haven't been under extre stress or wear.

They fit well and are fairly comfortable. However, the heel feels lower than the front and make them uncomfortable for walking too much.

Bought for grandson. First time he has ever requested a certain style. He loves them!!

These are different from the other pairs of Hoka's I've previously purchased. The footbed and sole aren't as thick and "squishy," so they aren't as comfortable. The top is also made of a plastic-like material, which would be good for stain-resistance, but it's stiff and not very comfortable.

I love my Hoka's I found a pair an apparently a non authorized retailer and they fell apart within a month. Hoka won't warranty them because I didn't buy them authorized dealer. How am I supposed to know if it's authorized or not? Well Hoka says not our problem. They won't back their product if not bought from them and from the looks of reviews. Even bought from them you get the run around. $100+ shoes should not fall apart. Will not purchase any more.

Do not buy. After a week of running, my daughter got plantar fasciitis and had to see an orthopedist. Hoka of course would not take them back because they were not purchased from their website.

Heel came apart after 8 weeks. Hoka refused to pay the cost of shipping defective shoes so they could evaluate the problem. I buy 3-4 pairs of shoes per year and I have never had this happen - first and last Hoka.
