I bought these last year from zappos. The pair I received was not made right and I could have fit two feet under the toe strap. I had to send them back but then my size was sold out. I tried again this year, and was sent the wrong size, 2 sizes too big. By the time I received the shoes, my size was sold out. So called to do a return and told the guy how disappointed I was cause this was now twice they sent me a bad pair. Then the guy says, oh...we do have your size, let me place that order to send you right now, and then keep checking stuff and talking. While he kept talking, then says "oh, sorry looks like in the time talking someone else bought them" . ARE YOU SERIOUS ??? I think I'm done with Zappos.

LOVE these! I am a US size 8.5 - 9 in sandals and I usually get a US size 8/UK 6 in Dr. Martens. These sandals are amazing! I love the color - it's yellowish/tan, not a cream or off-white, but the color is gorgeous in person. I have sensitive feet and need arch support and I wouldn't say the foot bed is as soft as the Nartilla lace up sandal (which I also love), but I managed to wear them walking around the Neon sign museum in Las Vegas for a few hours and they were great without needing to break them in. So far they have gotten more comfortable each time I've worn them as they mold to my feet. The leather is butter soft and they match everything. I highly recommend these if you are a traveler who likes comfy but stylish sandals that need to be versatile so you can wear them dressed up or dressed down.

These sandals are everything - lightweight, comfortable right out of the box, and adjustable! I have a very high instep and needed an adjustable strap and this is perfect. They are a bit more of a warm beige/butter color rather than the stone/cream color I was expecting, but I love them and have been wearing them every day. I haven't tested them out on walking all day yet, but I hope once the foot bed molds a bit to my feet, they will feel less hard and more comfortable for walking 6+ hours for trips. That being said, they are brilliant - just get them!

Very comfortable from first-time wear and super cute.

I have these in black and they are super comfortable, but I just think this specific pair was made bad. They fit perfectly, except for the strap that goes over the toes. It was HUGE. I could have fit 3 of my feet under the toe strap. Had to send them back

I was so excited to get these. But unfortunately they had to be returned. The sole of the shoe fit perfectly, but the strap that goes over the toes seemed way off. It was flopping all over to the point I could have fit my foot and my fingers under the strap.
