These are so so so cute and soft. I mean, I feel like there would definitely still be a break in period, but not as much as the smooth leather dr martens. they do run pretty big, though. I am usually a 7.5 in other shoes, so I sized down to a 7, but they still hit my ankle bone a bit, and they look really big on me. I didn't try a size 6, but I think it would've fit better. I only needed 1 pair of shoes, though, so I kept the virginia leather mary janes (size 7) since i feel like they're slightly more versatile - at least for my wardrobe and style. it was a really hard decision, though. hahaha the width is average. i have wide feet and they didn't really pinch... maybe just the tiniest bit, but i expect that with leather shoes that will stretch out.

I LOVE these shoes. They fit perfectly from the first time I tried them on. I do need to break them in, as one does with Doctor Martens, but it will be well worth it. I LOVE the color. They are “peach beige,” but you can just call them pale pink. I will wear them often.

I have worn these for 1 day. They break in easier than my doc Martens boots did in the 90’s. They are adorable and I have received so many compliments. The pink is the perfect compliment to so many outfits. Love them

These were too big - maybe with a thick sock they would work for me. I tend to run larger and wider than a true nine (usually a euro 40.5 is perfect). They look super cute on and are a fun neutral without being a nude or black/gray. They felt quite supportive, some give but not super squishy. I would try for a half size down.

I bought these in a UK6/US8 and they fit pretty well but slightly loose so I use foot pads in the shoes. I'm usually an 8 1/2 in other shoe brands. Great style and I like the taupe color. My feet are medium width and these had a bit of room to spare. Overall really good price and comfortable.

Too heavy for a shoe. Feels as heavy as their boots. Not for me.

These shoes are great - look great and feel great (i am on my feet for long hours) and these treated me well. Plus, i received lots of comments.

Love these Docs! Not quite as stiff as their boots, but will not lose their shape like other flats and loafers. Get lots of compliments when I wear them. The taupe color is more pink, the photos do reflect the right hue.

Total great surprise! I purchased a 7M for my typical 7.5-8M shoe size. in taupe. Prrrrrrfect! Even with plantar fasciitis, I can wear these out of the box without swapping out insoles. This is too good! Buyer beware: the taupe color has a hint of muted pink in it - IMO. I'm seeing these for shore!

I LOVE these shoes. They are true to size and extremely comfortable. Unlike a lot of Dr. Martens, I did not need to break these in. They were comfortable from the first moment I wore them.

Very true to size, I’m used to dr martens running a little bigger so I sized down and had to return them because they were way too tight. but then order the correct size and they are so comfy! I thought there was gonna be a break in period, but No! they were perfect.

Fit perfectly, super cute! I get compliments every time I wear them. They go great with jeans or a dress!

Bought these shoes for work, but I travel and they are very heavy and clunky, so they don't pack easily. I ended up returning them.

I like everything about these loafers except they're so LOUD. They make so much noise on a hardwood floor.

I need to return. They are beautiful but hit the top of my foot on the left too tightly. They are plenty long enough and plenty wide enough. I’m happy with that fit exactly the way docs have been fitting over many decades. I do have high arches although my right foot was fine the left was indeed too tight on the top. Part of that is the design of these Loafers. They are very cute. They just don’t work for my feet. It also rubbed on my right ankle bone, which would not work for me. I’m very very very picky with my feet and what I put on them. I have actually never worn the Mary Jane docs, so I’m going to try that.

I wanted to love this shoe so badly but I couldn't even get my foot in to it because I coudn't bend the shoe at all to get my foot inside of it. Very sad to be returning it. Otherwise it seems to be good quality material

I REALLY wanted to love these shoes. I saw someone wearing them in a store and asked what brand they were and where to buy them because it was love at first sight. I absolutely love the look of these shoes. Unfortunately, the leather is so hard and stiff they are nearly impossible to get on. I have skinny narrow feet and it was still a challenge. Once on, I might have kept them but when I took a few steps they were unbearably uncomfortable and I felt like I would blister if I stayed in them another second- even with a light weight sock on. Forget trying a thicker sock, you won’t be able to slide them on. I seriously considered keeping them despite all of these things because of how cute they are…. But I just can’t reconcile spending this much money for a shoe and not being able to wear them all day. (Or even for 4 hours on a night out.). I exchanged them for another pair thinking maybe it was a fluke but it was not. Sadly, I had to return them both. :(
