This latest version of the GT 2000 is extremely comfortable and finds that cushioning sweet spot by being neither too soft nor too firm. Support is great without being at all intrusive. It's also an attractive shoe with nice color options. I'm very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy additional pairs in the future.

I found my way to the ASICS GT-2000 series after using a number of other shoes for my over-pronation. I loved the GT-2000 10, but I still had a minor niggling pain in my heel. It has completely disappeared with the GT-2000 11. The 10s felt like running on clouds - the 11s are a bit more stiff to me, but the support seems to have marvelous physiological benefits. The only room for improvement is the tongue - it could be a bit wider. Unlike with the 10s I cannot find a way to lace these (esp. the left shoe) without a tiny bit of discomfort in the upper - which I felt more after running, than during.

I love my new GT 2000s. I think this my 10th pair. They are my go to show for longer runs. The 11th edition feels like a good evolution of a great design. My only complaint is that the heel is wider than before and no longer fits in the foot plates on the water rower at Orange Theory Fitness. Previous editions all fit. Not sure why this change was made but I can't wear these ones to class.

These shoes fit like a glove, perfectly place my heel and support my knees and back like nothing else.

After wearing asics for years, a friend talked me into a pair of brooks. They weren't terrible or anything but it sure feels great to be back to asics. Won't be trying any other brands again.

the GT-2000 11 EXTRA WIDE are amazing. It's the second pair I've bought and I'll continue to go with this model and they are extremely comfortable. I use them for walking for exercising and my feet fell great afterwords.

I'm a big fan of ASICS over the past few years since they dedicate certain shoe lines as available in extra wide this shoe does not disappoint with its comfort and cushioning from my perspective, it deserves 5 stars

ASICs just fit my feet the best. The GT-2000 is a stability shoe, which my foot doctor recommended when I had plantar faciitis. This shoe, along with a quality orthotic insole has kept me healthy and pain free for many years. I buy a new pair every year.

This is my second pair of GT-2000 11 shoes. These are the best fitting and most comfortable athletic shoes I have ever owned. I use them for walking and everyday use. If I could afford it I would by one of every color. I hope they continue to make future versions of this shoe.

Went to a running store, they watched me walk, said I have a soft heal (whatever that means) - I've been using these for running and walking ever since. On my 3rd pair in 8 years.
