I was sad I couldn't keep these shoes, because I loved the look of them. For some reason (and this is not something that has happened to me before) the left shoe felt tight. If the size wasn't stamped I would have sworn it was a half size less. I don't know if the particular pair I received was "off," but I didn't have it in me to try to figure it out. I always appreciate Zappos in these situations since returning is such a breeze.

I usually wear a size 10 in heels. I got a size 11 in these after reading the reviews and they were still way too small.

I’m a TTS 5.5 but had to order a half size larger because these felt small, especially with the narrower fit in the toe box area. Overall the style is super cute but they aren’t as comfy as I was hoping. I’ll be keeping them for special events but they won’t be my everyday go to shoe in the office.

These are super cute but only moderately comfortable. Because they are so cute I’m keeping them but they won’t be my “go to” black heel like I was hoping.

Such a comfortable shoe. Nice for dressy affair , wedding, party, etc One of my favorites....

Style good . Little narrow just , while my foot not wide . Heal stable in good design . Bought in green and pink .
