Beautiful shoes! I bought these for Jazzercise several months ago I'd been wearing the same Asics for 9 years, because every new pair I tried caused problems. (I only wear my workout shoes in class.) I looked at Brooks, because I have narrow feet, and Brooks look better on my feet, because they run a bit narrow. The reason I chose this pair to try on is that they are an updated neutral color. I also love the elegant marblized pattern. I have really enjoyed wearing these shoes, because they blend nicely with whatever I wear to work out, and that makes me feel pretty, for a change. Again, beautiful color and pattern! However - they are not perfect. I have to work with the fit. The top of the opening seems to wrap tightly around my ankle, consequently causing pulling on my tendons or ligaments attached to the outside of my ankle bone. The mild pain will last all day when I walk, no matter what I'm wearing on my feet. I have found that if I tie these shoes loosely, so that my foot can slide around in the heel area, I usually will not strain anything. There is something about the heel bed that causes my foot to sit in an unnatural position and pull on the bottom outside of my ankle bone. However, with extra space to let my foot land where it needs to, I avoid problems and am alright. I keep my old shoes in the car just in case I need them, but *as long as* I tie them with a *loose* heel, I can wear them at Jazzercise, and I really enjoy being able to do that.

I bought these for a fun gym shoe and they're great! I'm a size 9m and they fit perfectly. They're actually more cushioned than I was expecting, which was a nice surprise. Very comfortable and cute shoes!

These tennis shoes are my go to walking and exercise shoe, and have had several versions of this model. They have a lot of support, and shock absorption for my high arches and planter fasciitis. I can fit an insole in the shoe, but I generally don’t need them because the insole provided is high quality and enough.
