Very stylish shoes. Love the way it hugs my feet but it is slightly too narrow due to the strap across the tongue. The shoes would be much more comfortable if it was an elastic strap.

really wanted to love these shoes but I had to return them because there is a band that goes across the top of the lace area and was way too tight on my high in step. Also, I ordered the wide version of these shoes and they were by no mean a wide shoe. The toe box was still quite narrow, separate from the band across the instep. I really loved the color and the appearance of the shoe but that's as far as my love for them went. Had to return them. I typically wear a 7.5/8 in women's and ordered a size 8 wide in this shoe for reference.

I normally wear medium sized shoes, but for the asics gel-resolution line, I fit a wide. The lateral support for this shoe is probably the best out of all the tennis shoes I've tried, BUT the top of the shoe, when I walk or bend down into a lunge (which I might have to do when reaching a low ball in tennis), it hurts the top of the feet. It's not awfully painful, but I felt it. I gave it a couple of days to try to really break it in, but it's still has that discomfort. I want to like the asics, but for the price, the fit and that there's discomfort on top of the shoe - it's just not worth it.

These are my 9th or 10th pair and as usual, they are great. I took them out of the box, played 2+ hours of tennis and had no blisters or sore spots. The provide great support and grip on the court.

I am an 8.5 D in New Balance shoes so I ordered the 8.5 D and 9 D in the ASICS Gel-Resolution 9. The 8.5 length felt good, but as others have noted, the wide is really just a normal width in the toe box. I may try a men's ASICS tennis shoe as men's shoes are generally made wider. Other than the toe box, the shoe felt fairly comfortable. If your feet run narrow, the regular width will probably work well; if you have normal-width feet, the wide D may fit you better.

My tennis pro recommended Asics Gels for good arch support for my flat feet as well as excellent cushioning for pro-longed athletics on concrete. I couldn't be happier - the Asics Gels are an exceptional combination of comfort and support. Totally understand why they were recommended so highly.

Unfortunately not as wide and cushioned as I expected. The New Balance 1007s perform better for me on the courts. These Asics hurt my feet just around the 1.5 hr mark of hitting

I was needing a wide toe box due to a bunion on my left big toe. Unfortunately, the wide was not wide enough. I think if the upper material had more give to it would have been fine. Pretty shoe!

Very nice shoe. Just too narrow! It feels narrower than the Dedicate 8. This was a 6.5W. Had to return it. Kept the Dedicate 8.

Wow, I came across a review mentioning that this shoe is too tight and can cause blisters. Despite this, I overlooked it because I had heard that Gel Resolution shoes are excellent for playing tennis. Having undergone major surgery, I've had ankle issues on my right side. I almost rolled my left ankle too. Therefore, I decided to purchase these shoes. However, to my dismay, although the look is great, they are incredibly painful. My toes go numb, and it's really uncomfortable. The most disappointing part is that I wasn't aware we couldn't return them once they've been worn. I assumed that, ASICS being a company that makes sports shoes, this would be a given. Anyway, I advise you to proceed with caution before making a purchase.

I have resolution 6-8. Wanted love this shoe so bad. But it makes my pinky tingling. The shoe has a great overall construction. The box of the shoe is fine with plenty toe room (width and length). The area on the bridge of the foot is like a vice grip which is meaning of DYNAWRAP technology not fit me. I could feel the shoe cutting off my circulation. Just way too tight in that area. I was hoping I could bear the squeeze, but no luck. as it sometime feel better sometime worse of the numbness of the pinky. It feel just like you tie your shoelace to tight. but with the DYNAWRAP you even couldn't lose it. it doesn't have any flexibility. I already wear them outside several games try to make it fit but sadly not succeed and I couldn't return anymore. Now make me plan to cut of the DYNAWRAY tie connection. Any recommendation here? This seem only fit those flat feet not like people said narrow feet issue.

The Gel Resolution 9 has a smaller toe box than Version 8 which I wore comfortably. Not sure why ASICS made the 9 toe box smaller. I had to get the shoes professionally stretched so I could wear it. My feet is medium width I may need to look for a different brand of tennis/pickleball shoes in the future if ASICS continues to make their shoes tighter in front. I can not get the wide width because of my narrow heel. Just like the 8 the 9 feels plasticky unlike the Gel Kayano running shoes.

My feet run narrow so these would crease in such a way that they crease would painfully stab my left foot. The gel nimbus model is my go to for comfortable running shoes and I am looking for something similar for pickleball. Will try some other options to find something for lateral movements but comfortable

I really like these court shoes. I use them for regular pickleball play. They have great grip and side support. The only reason Im giving them 4 instead of 5 stars is that they are more narrow across the toes than the gel-resolution 8. With the type of movements youre doing on the court, you need the extra width in my opinion. Great shoe, otherwise!

These shoes definitely do what they say. I can feel the gel support when I am pivoting etc. I dont feel the pressure in my joints. The sole, for me, was incredibly rigid. The shoe itself is comfortable but i I sprint around the court a lot and the shoe felt like it didnt give at all and held me back. One of my strengths is speed and court coverage. I considered myself a baseline player and thought these would work, but I realized I am not a baseline player. TLDR: good shoe if you dont race around to cover the court. Not great if speed is a key asset to your game.

Poorly designed, causes pain on medial and lateral side as these are not attached to entire shoe.
