Great shoes. Bought wide (2E) and one size up. Fits great and feels very responsive.

Hi I returned the shoes bec they were too big for me.

These shoes look awesome but after the second time wearing them, the tongue ripped on the right side. Theyre still wearable for now but who knows if it continues to rip. A little disappointed that ASICS quality isnt up to par

This pair of shoes has already broken. I dont know how to return properly, as started another return and never heard back.

I ordered them in my usual size W7. I am very thin and have narrow feet on the flat side. They were too small and the most narrow sneakers I have ever tried. In order to gain some width I reordered them in men size 6.5 They were now too long and still too narrow. I looked like a clown. The foots really sinks in and there is no arch support. They are uncomfortable for walking let alone for playing.

GEL-RESOLUTION 9 WIDE is very comfortable at playing tennis. I picked up a size 0.5 larger than what I wear normally.

Medial toe box potentially will need added reinforcementregular width and now the wide version, each resulting in blown out complete tear by the 8-week mark.

Beware because the fit is not the same as the previous model. The issue with narrow front is resolved but this shoe fits weirdly on the side specially for this with wider feet. I believe this is due to the extra protection on the side of the shoe. Been using gel resolution for a long time with no problems and now I am getting blisters and foot pain with these ones. The worst thing is the costumer service. I tried to return the shoe BEFORE using it and they wouldnt accept a return. I wouldnt buy the gel resolution 9. Go for the FF model or with another more confortable brand.

The gel resolution has been my go to tennis shoes for years. Unfortunately the plastic on the lateral aspect of the shoe causes repetitive trauma to my proximal 5th metatarsal. Despite 3 attempts and padding cannot wear them due to pain. They are otherwise great shoes.

These shoes required no adjustment time. I love the support and feel of these shoes.

Took a few days to break in but now really appreciate the rigidity yet comfortable enough feel. Slightly narrower than the other Asics wide shoes I've used in the past. Not as grippy as I expected but that's more a product of the very dusty/dirty indoor pickleball courts I've been playing on. Overall excellent for pickleball. One thing I've noticed is that I tend to stay "on the balls of my feet" more naturally with these on compared to my prior shoes.

Excellent combination of support and cushion that let you play for hours!

I had foot surgery last summer and have been looking for some tennis shoes with good cushioning, a wide toe box, and firm soles. These shoes are great! I no longer need to use a carbon fiber plate to prevent my 1st MTP joint from flexing too much. These shoes also have good stability when moving laterally.

Great all around shoes, especially baseline. The comfort is good, and they seem like they should be a durable shoe. I prefer a shoe that I can jump forward a little quicker in, but other than that they're great.

The 2023 Mens Gel Resolution, 9 offers performance style and comfort. I highly recommend this shoe for the serious tennis player looking for a stable and comfortable fit especially those with a wide fit .. This shoe also goes well good with a pair of jeans. Asics has really stepped up its game!

I was gifted a pair of gel-resolution 9 tennis shoes in medium. I can't believe how narrow it was. I was in pain just standing with it on inside my living room. We were able to secure the last wide width in my size. The wide is the same as medium in most of the other shoes I've worn from Adidas to KSwiss. Other than the narrow width, the wide sized shoes are very comfortable specially with my favorite aftermarket insoles. I can play in these shoes all day long and the outer soles look like they could take a beating. I would definitely buy one myself when it's time to replace these. Jut have to make sure I get the wider size.

The sole area is a little hard compared to the old version I purchased. For the initial 4~5 uses, I had pain in my sole before I fully warmed up.
