These are NOT leather as described on the listing here. Cute shoe and glad it was on sale because I'm disappointed they're not leather as expected. I would return if full price. Please don't mislead customers by describing a shoe as leather when they're indeed pleather. This has happened now twice for me on Zappos.

Fit was good. I ordered this shoe and the Cole Haan Go To Park Pump, both in size 7.5 ( I am a consistent 7.5 shoe). Both are beautiful shoes - the Cole Haan was slightly more comfortable. The toe box of this shoe was slightly tighter than the Cole H and so I returned. This is a really nice shoe though and it was a close contest. I liked the color of the Sam Edelman a little bit better - the nude color is very lovely. I will however look at the Sam Edelman shoes again - very nice quality shoes.
I'd also recommend:
rockport, naturalizer ( I like comfy brands - too old for uncomfortable shoes - I'm 58)

I typically wear an 8.5 but they left visible space behind my heel. The 8 fits like a glove. The kitten heel gives my legs sexy lift without the negative impacts of a higher heel. The insole is cushioned allowing for all day wear. The leather is incredibly soft. I tried on countless shoes and nothing compared to these. I love them!

Absolutely beautiful shoe, everything about it is perfect. Wore them right out of the box to a holiday dinner dance & danced all night (I'm 75) ! So comfortable! Do not hesitate to buy them . I bought the black suede, so elegant! Fit true to size , well worth the cost ! Love them !

Just got these in black suede, they are gorgeous ! Beautiful details. Fit well & very comfortable. They remind me of days gone bye, classy, & elegant on the foot, can't wait to wear them .

Beautiful heels in suede with a low vamp. Very versatile and good sturdy feeling construction. I broke them in with thick socks a few days before wearing them out and they were pretty comfortable. No pain in the balls of my feet or heels.

These are the perfect all around pump if you don't want heels as high as Hazel. I love these and am hoping to buy more colors but a 13 is hard to come by. Please consider making more color variety for us 13s! These were perfect right out of the box...no break-in necessary. I do own 4 pairs of Hazels but they are a bit high for all day at work, so Vienna fits the bill perfectly.

purchased the Vienna to replace a pair of black heels that were no longer comfortable. I didn't want the height of the Hazel, so I opted for these. PERFECT choice. They still elevate any outfit from day to night without the eventual discomfort. They fit true to size, I wear a 9 M in all my SE heels, boots and ballet flats. I size down in Loraine (8.5 M) and Linnie (8 M)

The most comfortable heel ! I was expecting some discomfort wearing them for the first time, oh surprise my feet were ok after 9 hours Finally I have found the perfect fit for my feet Good quality perfect size 6.5 and elegant Buying all colors

I have already indulged in (5) pair. Elated that Sam is making this pump with the smaller heel. This pump is as elegant and classic as the Hazel and it is very comfortable to walk in all day, definitely a staple. True to size although, I could have gone a 1/2 size larger in the Patent leather. I love that the color options are expanding. Sam, I would love to have these in a beautiful Red Suede !! The Holiday's are approaching and who doesn't like a little pop of red on her feet

Cute shoes - unfortunately Zappos’ quality checks have gone way down and these looked like someone walked through grease(?) before returning them. How thoughtful of them. Unpleasant experience receiving shoes that look used and abused when you’re expecting a higher quality at that price point.

The leather at the point of shoes peeled off on both shoes. Cheap leather for sure. Dont recommend to buy even on sale. Its not worth it.

The shoes looked perfect, but the toe box was too narrow for my foot. The next size up was too long. My feet are narrow in the heel and wide across the toes, so I struggle to find pumps that work. This one did not.

Such a classic, beautiful pair of black pumps. Not too high, but high enough to make your kegs look great. Not very much arch support, so not recommended for walking or standing for long periods. Great out to dinner-date night pumps!

I hope these shoes come back and in more colors. Classy and elegant. Spent 8 hours in the velvet black ones, and they were so comfortable. Lots of compliments.
