I love the look of these and this is the second time I ordered them. I only wore them for less a month and the left heel has broke... Very sad.

Didn't believe the reviews about the back strap sliding down- wish I did because I was clomping around an interview with the straps under my heel. Beautiful shoe, just not practical if you need to do any type of walking.

Just purchased these beautiful black patent leather pair of shoes. Tried them on in the store briefly and was assured they would "give some" if worn a bit. Wore them inside my home on carpeting only for not even an hour. They are most uncomfortable - toe is too pointed and heel needs more padding. I will be returning them immediately.

I am a Sam Edleman fan. I am also a woman of a certain age that has seen all the trends more than once. These shoes are adorable and again trendy. The problem is they kill my feet! I ordered a half size up. There is no way I could wear these to a wedding or funeral because of the standing. I wore them out to dinner and needed help to the car. Pure torture. I've had this toe before in shoes and wish Designers would learn women's feet are not shaped like this. Love the heels on them don't love the pain. I can't be the only one. And I do have narrow feet.

I'm torn. I absolutely love the look of these heels - so professional and timeless, however, the rubber tip of the heel fell off and I haven't even owned the pair of shoes for 2 months. Disappointed for how much I invested in what I thought was a pair of shoes I would have long term.

It is not as comfortable as expected. My toes hurt.

I'd love to know how they are - you sent me the wrong shoe and now they are not available and the price is higher!! Not what I'm used to with Zappos!

The leather on this particular color started to peel after I only wore it once.

I wore this shoe once and this has to be the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever worn!

DO NOT BUY. These shoes are so PAINFUL. My toes were bleeding at the end of the night. It wasn't the wrong size or anything. However they designed it just pushed my feet into a terrible position and is terribly uncomfortable to wear.

Within only a few wears the material on these completely started to peel off

These are extremely uncomfortable. I wish I would have sent these back!
