Customer Reviews Hoka Ora Recovery Slide 3

The Ora Recovery 3 slides are very comfortable and soothe my feet and calves after a long day. Since I wear Hoka athletic shoes, I ordered the same size in the slides. However, this size in the Ora 3 was too large- especially loose in the strap- and difficult to walk in without the shoe falling off or moving around. I reordered a pair of the slides one size smaller and these fit much better.

Like other reviews have called out, these slides fit well in length and width, but the strap across the top of the foot is too loose. It works for me as I only wear them around the house, but it you are looking for something to wear around town, these might not be the most secure. Aside from that, the arch support is great and they seem very durable. They would be so much better if the strap was tighter or adjustable to the individual.

I really wanted to like these, but the unisex width does not work for me

being unisex, neither the 7Mens nor the 8Mens were narrow enough to stay on my feet. I usually wear a women's 10 medium. 40 or 41

Comfy but too big

These slides are extremely comfortable. The only downfall for me is that I wear a 7.5 shoe size and these only come in whole sizes. The 7’s felt too snug and the 8’s felt a little too big, lol. I have been able to make it work with the 8’s as the extra room can come in handy when wearing socks. I’ve worn both bare foot and socks with these sandals. They’re super comfortable and it’s relieving the foot pain that when barefoot and/or in other shoes!

I normally wear a 9.5 so I got the size 10 which was a bit too loose. My foot slid too far forward. Nice and cushy. Ordering a 9.

This sandal fits greta except when I'm going up or down hill, my foot will slide forward or backwards. I bought these for transtion shoes for sports (rowing, paddle boarding, biking) and they are very good and rugged -- but can slip sometimes
