Bought these to wear in the house instead of shoeless to support my feet. Like walking on clouds.

I usually wear a 12.5 size HOKA. The slider sizes include 12 and 13 but not 12.5. So I ordered a size 13 - and found it was too large. I exchanged it for a size 12 - which fits perfectly and is now my preferred slipper for walking around the house!

I broke my foot 12 weeks ago, 5th metatarsal Jones fracture. That's a touchy healing process for a weight bearing bone that doesn't get good blood supply unless you're walking. I usually wear crocs around the house daily, we have all hard floors and walking bare-footed leaves sore feet at the end of the day, and wearing tennis shoes all day makes my feet feel hot and uncomfortable. These slides are absolutely perfect. They have the best arch support, and overall foot support. The quality is far superior to crocs and they're even a little cheaper than a typical pair of crocs as well. The arch support took a little getting used to. I have high arches so I should be wearing shoes like this anyway. Someone mentioned they're uncomfortable without socks. The difference between these and crocs is that crocs has all that texture inside the shoe which maybe allows for slightly more ventilation, and if some sand or other debris get inside it's not as bothersome. With these Hoka slides you will notice anything that gets in your shoe immediately. I don't feel like my feet slide around in them when bare, but I don't get overly sweaty feet. I also feel my feet are secure bare footed in these but more so with socks. I also recommend sizing down. I have average to narrow width and a size 10.5-11. Based on reviews I sized down to 10. They fit really well, and I think a 9.5 would've worked too. I also ordered a pair of the Bondi 8 shoes. Both my Hoka recovery slides and the Hoka Bondi 8 shoes have been the best footwear since breaking my foot. I finally feel I can do a full stride on that foot and am walking normally again. These shoes are bulky looking but feel like heaven for your feet. If you're serious about foot comfort and support these are for you.

I purchased the ORAs because we winter in Florida and the condo floor is completely tiled and my friend told me she lives in hers. Unfortunately I have an extra wide foot, high instep and bunions, so the wide 7 was tight on the bunion. I thought an 8 could be a tripping hazard, so I took the inserts from one of the pairs of sneakers I had also purchased and inserted it and pushed it all the way into the band of the ORA. I kept checking it and after 2 weeks, the ORAs have stretched sufficiently, so I can wear them in complete comfort! I'm thrilled!

My friend is healthy because she stays active with appropriate exercisss and healthy diets. She is in her 60's. Although her entire back is fused due to scoliosis, she uses her auxillary back muscles to keep her limber. Still, sometimes, she develops aches and pains in her feet, legs, back and neck. HOWEVER, with the Ora Recovery sandals, she said she feels like she is walking on a cloud, maintaining good posture and has lessened the frequency and level of pain. She usually wears a size 9 - 9.5 shoe. Sze 8 was the best fit. Amen!

I love these for every day wear. It's what I put on once I get home from work & kick off my Hoka Bondi's ( which I also love!)

I live in Florida and I wear my shoes most of the time. My latest purchase was my 5th pair.

They are so comfortable I sprained my ankle a year ago and my feet hurt like crazy . No matter what shoes I wear they hurt I put these shoes on they I got them OMG my feet feels like I'm walking on air.

I ordered the wrong size so they fit my neighbor and he loves them and they fit him perfectly.

I am a teacher and on my feet a lot! I keep them in my classroom and slip them on when my feet start to hurt. They make my feet so happy!

I cannot say enough about HOKA's! They have helped me like no other shoes! Working for 30 years on a concrete floor caused me a lot of back issues, knees and feet problems. The first day I wore my Bondi's I felt like a new person. I could go shopping and not have a back ache etc. I highly recommend HOKA'S you won't be disappointed!
