They soles fit my feet perfectly but the uppers are a little tight. I was also a little disappointed that they weren't more cushiony, similar to Oofos. I do feel like they will get better with more break-in time.
I'd also recommend:
Oofos

I wear a size 7.5 B width. These were very wide and the band was too big so my foot would slide out of them. I ordered an 8 because they don't have half sizes and the band is not adjustable.

Super firm, not like the older style that was a true recovery slide. If you’re looking for recovery comfort, these are NOT the slides of the past.

These were great in many ways but after a couple weeks I developed a bunionette on the small toe from wearing them.

The size is right but it doesn't feel secure on my feet.

Upper is stiffer than older model that had horizontal opening on the part that goes over the foot and allows for more flexibility. Unfortunately, the stiffness of new model causes blisters. Also, doesn't seem to have the same arch support as last model, which is an essential feature. Fit is true to size

I ordered a W10 and was sent a W9. I didn't realize it until I noticed my big toe hitting the front rim. I contacted customer service as not much could be done as now my size/color is sold out. I was hoping to love these but will be returning.

It’s another slide that is way too wide for my narrow foot. It felt like it would be comfortable though, but I walked right out of it.

My feet slip around in the slippers, but I'm like the durability of them

Son loves the feel, but when he wore them his foot slid in them and the top part snapped in two. We super glued it and it's working so far.

Gift for husband.
He likes them and wears them daily so they are good. They are comfortable and stylish.

These are now running loose on the band but the length is right so I can't size down. I'm not a fan of the new heel either. If I would have known the 2 was done forever and this was it I would have bought 5 pairs of them. I do like the new surfacing but it feels like it could get slippery wet. The others were so perfect I have no idea why they would overhaul so much. Super bummed.

Nice arch support. However, the description says "The Ora Recovery Slide 3 features a higher bed of soft cushion, designed to provide a forgiving impact and ride." I totally disagree with that description, they are not flush at all and in fact are quite stiff. I do like the arch and I'll probably keep them, but very disappointing. My Skyward ex, now they are plush.

The shoes are amazing! I suffer from chronic lower extremity pain. I'm not an athlete, like their target market group. I was hesitant to try these slides, but they work great. I am on my feet all day at work and that causes my legs to ache, but these relieve the pain in the my knees and feet. However, the slots in the top tore. In less than a year, these expensive slides were broken. I am trying the ORA athletic slide. I hope they have the same recovery properties as the ORA Recovery Slide 3. If the 3 came with a solid toe, or bridge, or whatever that top part is called, I would purchase that style.

I returned my Recovery Ora 3 because one came defective. I'll try ordering them again, hoping for good quality.

Plastic is not forgiving. I wear a men's dress shoe size 8.5 and running shoes size 9. I ordered the 9 in this slide and it was way too big. I exchanged for the 8 and it runs a bit on my small toes. This people in the half/sizes have a dilemma.
Also, Cushioning is not as soft as oofos.

I will never buy a shoe designed for both men and women. The shoe is a little too wide for a ladies foot. I don't like having to wear socks with a sandal type shoe.

The product seems to be well made, and I wanted to love them, but the sizing is extremely off. Strangely, I purchased another product (Kaha 2 GTX) in the same size at the same time: the Kaha's fit like a glove and I adore them! The Ora Slides are waaaaaay too large, however. Luckily Hoka has a great return policy, so I'll be returning the pair of Ora Slides I received and sizing down. Hopefully the new ones will work better.

I can't keep the shoe on my feet. My feet slide off causing me to almost fall. Trying to find a way to keep my feet stable not to slide off. Neuropathy makes me unable to get a true grip to keep them on. Love the idea of the lip on the back of the shoe, but it's work keeping them on.

I used the 'True Fit' feature located by the size chart, and even though I wear a size 7 in all my other shoe brands, 'True Fit' recommended a size 8. It ended up being too big, so I had to return them and get a size 7, which fit perfectly.
