I generally wear these around the house for my foot inflammation. I typically wear a women's 7.5 wide, and ordered the 7. It fits loosely enough to wear socks. Pretty ugly, but they feel great. I think they are perfect for wide feet and can go down 1/2 size for people who are in between.

Mine were a gift, I love slides but they don't support my feet, I haven't taken my Honka recovery slides off, I pick them every time I need to leave!

I had foot surgery which is why I got the recovery slides, I read reviews across many sites about how helpful Hoka shoes are for tired and/or sore feet. I am on my second pair as I have worn mine down so much, I wore the exclusively through recovery and for months after as these are so comfy and versatile I wear a size 8, and was glad I got 8 as my recovering foot was a bit swollen and the 8 fit great and also provided some room. I switched to 7 recently as I wore the 8s so much they started to get a little loose and felt comfy but a bit too big. If you are between sizes (like 7.5) you can likely go with either a 7 or 8, both sizes are very well fitting and comfy.

I have horrible plantar's and Achilles tendonitis in just one foot, and the problem is that the plantar's isn't in the arch- it's on the side of the heel. So stretches and other things just aren't working well. I heard about these shoes and decided to get them to wear in the house and I have been so delighted! My feet don't hurt anymore and are strongly supported. The only hint I will give you is that if you are a wide like me, I would get a size up. I got my regular size (6W) and the strap is a bit tight, along with my heel hitting the back of the shoe edge. In the future, if I get another pair, I would go up to a 7, since these don't come in wides (at least they didn't when I ordered/or I didn't see them).

These are AWESOME!! They're great for recovery or just relaxing.

These slides proved to be exactly what I needed!! I was looking for something that would reduce the impact on my spine while being weight bearing (result of spine surgery) these did just that!! I had worn my niece's Hokas and thot they helped with that. In all candor, these helped more! I would recommend these to anyone who suffers with back pain as a means for less impact on the spine.

By far the best recovery slide. I have non stop terrible foot pain and these are the only slides that feel good on my feet. HOKA -please make a slipper just like these for winter!

This Recovery Slide is used for everyday wear. It is extremely comfortable. Every step is cushioned. I like the bright pink color I purchased.

I bought the HOKA Recovery Slide 3 sandals for my 10-year-old daughter, who plays volleyballand they've been a total win. She wears them any time she's not in her court shoes, whether it's after practice, around the house, or running errands. She says they're extremely comfortable, and I can tell they give her feet the break they need after long training sessions. The cushioning is impressive, and the fit is secure without being tight. They're lightweight, durable, and easy to cleaneverything you'd want in a recovery slide for a kid who's constantly on the move. We'd absolutely buy them again. Highly recommend for young athletes or anyone who needs serious comfort between workouts.

The slides are true to size and are very comfortable. They keep the bottom of my feet from hitting the hard floors in my house. The slides are very funny looking, but I just don't wear them out of the house.

very cushony; helpful for recovery after training and long runs

Purchased these slides to wear at home to help with plantar fasciitis. After one day, I could completely feel the difference. I am still nursing my foot, but this shoe has drastically helped with healing. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good arch support! I sized down one size and they fit great.
