The fit is great, and the footbed feels fantastic. I love the colors. If anything, my only complaint is that the mesh upper feels a little flimsy. I'm sure that will be great for working up a sweat, but it limits the weather conditions/temperatures that I can wear them outside.

I got the orange and light teal version and I love them!!! I wear a women's 9 to 9 1/2 and I always order a 9 1/2 in both Hoka and Brooks. These shoes feel like a very lightweight hug all over your feet, even cups the heel area. I highly recommend!!!

I bought an 8.5. I typically go up a 1/2 size with Hoka, I could have gone with an 8 and been fine. I have high arches and have not had a problem with pain in my feet at the end of the day. The color and all its excellent. I have tried other brands but always come back to Hoka.

I walk about 5 miles a day, mostly on pavement, but sometimes on dirt trail. Even though this is a trail running shoe I decided on it because I thought the bottom might be more durable than with some of the other shoes. Also, I had tried on the Clifton 9 and Bondi 8 at the running store but didn't love either one so I decided to order these and try them. At first I thought they felt strange (thickness of cushioning, rocker sole) but about 1/4 mile in I got accustomed to them and from that point on they've felt wonderful. I've now walked about 50 miles with them on various surfaces (not hiking or running, just pavement and trail) and I believe they're the most comfortable shoes I've ever had for this purpose. I wear them with my orthotic insert so I can't comment on what the arch support would be like without that.
