Part of the sole of the shoe is falling off.

I wanted to like this shoe, but every time I put it on, it pulled my socks tight on my toes no matter how much extra room I left for my toes and the tongue jammed down in the shoe. What a hassle. Going back to my Saucony and Brooks shoes. I don’t have any trouble with them.

Not enough arch support...and unfortunately by the time you figure it out insufficient arch support for flat feet is making making the ball of your foot hurt, the white shoes are too dirty to return

I had read that this shoe had a wide toe box, but I did not find this to be true. I have wide feet and these were way too narrow, and I ordered the wide width. They also are very shallow, meaning I felt like my foot was slipping out of them and not deep enough into the shoe.

Just didn’t fit correctly!! And I shouldn’t have ordered 9’1/2! Nine fits me best, disappointing Hoka’s

Overall I liked the shoes until 4 months after I got them the tread started coming off of them. These shoes were suggested to me online to be worn in a work nursing setting. The tread makes noises and makes it uneven to walk, even a walking hazard being tripped over. I contacted hoka directly about a warranty and it was denied. They said the sole is wear and tear. No one has helped me with this situation, only apologies. I had to jump through hoops to get that far. This is ridiculous. Please do your research before you buy even on other platforms. At this price range, other shoes will last longer and if something does happen they have a better process in place.

The fit was ok but the material seemed cheap and they looked like they had been spray painted white.

They have a lavender hue to them. Nothing like the picture online.

I have narrow feet and they fit too wide. Bummer!

Awful hurt feet. Wore less than 2 hours

(This particular pair 7 1/2 in cream right foot sole was hard, no cushion ball of foot}. Hoka was suggested by my chiropractor for my piriformis issue. Not sure of size or color I ordered 3 pair of Clifton 9. Two in cream color, 8 and 7 1/2 ( which loved color) and 7 1/2 in blue. I liked how blue fit with comfy sole and foot bed. Didn't care for color. But size 71/2 in cream foot bed was hard, very little cushion for ball of foot. Not at all comfortable . Too spendy if not 100%

The shoe is great in terms of fit. My issue is that after not very much use, some of the rubber padding on the bottom is coming off. I’d expect shoes at this price to hold up better.

Not great shoes for an active walker.

does not fit nearly as well as my Brooks. tongue is not long enough, very difficult to get it settled when the shoe is on (no tab or loop to hold while putting shoe on)

The quality of this sneaker is not anything like my other Hokas - feel cheap and poorly made.

This is my second pair of Hoka Clifton. The bottoms of my first pair started coming off after about 6 months of regular use. Annoying but to be expected when worn around 5-7 days per week for walking/work outs. My current pair (Clifton 9) that I ordered in February already have the bottoms coming off after about 2 months where they were worn less frequently than my first pair. I am currently waiting on the glue to dry so I can get more miles out of them. Super frustrating. I don’t think I will be getting the Clifton again after this pair.

The material is great but it didn’t fit good in my feet. This is the 2nd time I tried Hoka , I don’t think it’s the brand fir me

Wore these for about 4 hours around the house with thin ankle socks. First time trying this brand. There was not any arch support. Ordered my usual 7W. These are way tight everywhere. Shipping back. Will continue my hunt for the perfect workout shoe.

I’ve owned several Clifton’s and the fit changed on the 9’s. The toe box is so much wider, the shoes feel uncomfortably huge to wear.

I’m so bummed that Hoka has changed the Clifton so drastically. I’ve worn Clifton 6 and 7 for years and they fit perfectly and were so comfortable. The Clifton 9 is so different and not in a good way. The sole feels stiff, the shoe is bulky and my toes hit against the top of the shoe when I walk or run. I don’t understand why they drastically changed the Clifton, which was such a popular style and fit.

These feel like they are a "negative heel". I tried them on and then compared them to my HOKA Bondi's. I like the Bondi's much better and will be returning these Cliftons. Also, I received these today and they look like they've been worn already.
