Lightweight, nice cushion, and supportive!

I'm a pharmacy technician and stand on my feet all day. You can feel the comfort the moment you put the shoes on!

I have loved the Clifton style for years but unfortunately not this one. I have a bunion on my foot and have always had plenty of toe room along with width. This new Clifton 9 still has room on the sole of the shoe but the top is tight and rubs in all the wrong places. Had to send them back and will start looking for a different shoe.

I didn't pay this much money to open my container and find dog hair and crumbs/dirt all over my shoes. Disappointed in the quality of shoe I was given after waiting for a brand new pair.

These are my most comfortable pair of trainers; I'm on my second pair, the first lasted a year with daily workout use (I put 5-6 miles in them per session outdoors). I haven't tried any other Hoka models (the Clifton 9s were my first), so I cannot compare how they feel to other models.

Like some of the other reviews, I had purchased the Clifton 8 and loved them. I recommended them to friends for their comfort. Then when the Clifton 9 came out I tried- not the same at all. I will not buy again. Maybe if they have a 10 Theo will read Reva and fix.

I have had 2 pairs of the same pair in the past 6 months and the same thing is happening to my shoe again , the bottom of the shoe comes apart and i only walk in these shoes. There so comfortable but they just fall apart on the bottom. They tear apart at the bottom. I wish i knew why this was happening as this is now my second pair and it's still happening.

I use these shoes every single day. I run around with my 2 year old on ceramic tile floors. These shoes shaped to my foot for perfect pressure disbursement. I wish the tip of the tounge of the shoe was a bit thicker, right where I go to, and most people, to tie knot of my shoes laces. I wish there was more padding there. I wish there was a little more room for toe space in the normal size because the wide is too wide for me and the regular is a bit to small. I have flat feet and my back hurts, I'm always on my feet. These shoes have helped but they could also improve for a proper 5 stars.

I bought these for my wife's Birthday, yesterday, and she told me what to say so that's what I'm doing! She had them on all day Tuesday and she said they were okay, very comfortable. She wore them in the house and once out to the mailbox so it's a little early on the review. She said the color was perfect. I think she will continue liking them more and more as she wears them around everywhere. Time will tell.

It took me some time to finally decide to review 9. I really loved Clifton 8 and when I first tried 9 early this year, I wasn't sure since the feel is different than 8. I felt heavy when I ran in 9 but after about 50 miles in, I started feeling great when I ran in 9. I just started another pair yesterday and it didn't take any break in time, I felt great right away and ran 10k, no issues at all. I have a wider feet for my height and size, 5'3, size 7 is perfect, no need to go with wide. I do have to use wide for Arahi 7 since the 7 is narrow compare to 6. Just some additional information from my own experience. I just purchased another two pairs of Clifton 9.

This shoe is like walking on air

Comfortable right out of the box, first walk was 8 miles comfortable beginning to end, been walking 8-10 miles every day with absolute comfort, love them, will buy another pair.

I'm a long time Clifton wearer. All the way back to the 1s. This version feels pretty good, but there are some major differences between the 8s and the 9s. Namely the tongue. The 8s tongue is all one piece of mesh on top. The 9 has three different materials and has a harder feel to the edges. This presses into my ankle. Yuck. Might have to cut it out which is not ideal.. cutting a new pair of shoes.. Why change something unnecessarily? (FYI.. The shoe is also a bit wider than past versions.)

I love Hoka shoes these make my arch hurt. They aren't the Clifton 8.

I bought this same shoe, Clifton 9, one year ago in a size 9.5 B. These shoes are very comfortable. I ordered another pair just recently, same size and style and they are slightly too short. If I didn't have to return these, I would give a five.

Finally, I got my first pair of Hoka shoes. They make me feel like I'm walking on a trampoline. They are cushy, bouncy comfortable. I feel like my feet look wide in them, but it's worth how my feet eel in them. Awfully expensive though.

This is the second HOKA that I bought for my wife. She likes this Clifton 9 better than the Gaviota 5. We hope you guys can come up with a slip on model in the future.

Power Walk

I use these for walking only. After 3 brain surgeries plus neuropathy in my feet, I needed shoes that were well-fitting and stable. I found the Clifton 9s to work perfectly. Plus, all the color choices made me happy!

I wear my sneakers to walk. They look good and more importantly they feel absolutely amazing.

I really like the fit. Toe box is nice and wide. Cushioning is perfect for my 2 mile daily walks. I gave 4 stars because they wear out within 4 months ( for me).

This is my second pair of Clifton 9s and they are so comfortable.

Most comfortable shoes I ever bought. Walked for hours. It is like walking on a cloud. Bought another one and2 for my dough yet and one for my son.

I have had friends who have spoken highly of the brand and shoes. As a person, with flat feet I work long hours with my job on my feet plus working out. The minute I put these on, my feet felt like they were on a cloud but supported. I no longer have any real foot pain when walking or working out. I honestly can't wait to buy another pair soon!
