I don't have any foot issues, so my review is based on everyday normal wear. I wear them to the gym. They feel cushiony around the heel part, but not so much underneath my toes. If it had more cushioning there I would have given the sneakers 5 stars. The color is beautiful and they feel just like any other pair of good sneakers that I own. They didn't feel any different and there's really nothing special about them. They're basically just like another Nike. I had to replace them for a different size and the new size was still just a smudge big but I'm ok with it

Actually this second pair is Christmas present from my husband. I wanted a darker color for winter. Really like the way they feel.

These are the best pair of running shoes I have ever put on my feet. They make me feel confident when I am running or pushing the kids in the stroller. Support all around, comfort all around and didn't take long to break them in. Love, love love!

Great for plantar fascitus and super walking shoes. Just bought a few weeks ago and they feel awesome. Highly recommend.

My legs or knees I have never problem walking 7 miles a day

I have previously purchased the Gaviota size 8 regular width so this is my second purchase. The Clifton (size 8 regular width) is the most comfortable and supportive sneaker i have ever worn. I have been having foot pain in my left foot after 2 years of having a new ankle (left total ankle replacement). The Gaviotas were good but these Cliftons are even better. I can walk without any foot pain during or after. I highly recommend Hoka shoes and will continue to be a repeat customer. I am a 52 year old female, 5'6" weighing 150 pounds.

I finally got my first pair of Hokas - the Clifton 9 after hearing so many people rave about them. They are amazing! They are great for walking and every day wear. My only complaint was they said it was expedited shipping, but it took a week.

I work in orthopedics . There are a ton of us that wear Hoka shoes in the office . I don't know what it is about this Clifton 9 but they are terrible. It's like the footbed is off - like you are teetering side to side . The toe box is weird . I have worn Hokas for a long time and never blinked about paying so much money for these shoes because normally they are amazing but these are awful . Do not buy !!!

Great pair of shoes. I love the cloud like feel. I've worn them for a couple of weeks now and I'll probably buy another pair. I also like that you get an extra pair of laces too. Thanks HOKA.

These are the best looking shoes let me tell you. But it hurt my arch on my left foot so bad that after 1 mile walk, I had to take them off. Also, apparently we can't even return these at Fleet Feet (which the website said we could, so we drove from one Fleet Feet to the next to no avail). It was annoying but we alas returned via shipping.

As soon as I put these shoes on, I was in heaven! They are so comfortable and have so much support that I haven't even had to wear my special insoles for my accessory navicular syndrome. Fantastic!

My ankles and knees appreciate how supportive the sole is. I am often one to buy white shoes- not great for working in veterinary medicine- I took the risk anyways. While they do get dirty quick, I can easily pop them in the washing machine and they look almost as good as new! The only thing I would ask is for Hoka to make a waterproof version. :)

Comfortable & functional

I wear Hoka shoes everyday. I ordered these because I lost weight but I think I need to still get the wide because my feet still swell. No receipts came in with the box with the shoes in it so I'm not sure how to return the medium to get the wide. I really love the Hoka brand shoes.i recommend them to people all the time.

Very, very comfortable. Have worn them for hours during the day and my feet never, ever hurt. Not a runner, but someone who wore them all day at work and enjoy them when just walking. Would buy them again when this pair needs to be replaced.

I love these shoes. They are very soft and easy on the feet I have a lot of foot pain and they are just what I need. I wear a 7 1/2 and their shoes are too big. I need a seven and be careful because you will get the wide ones and they are definitely too big.

I bought another pair of Clifton 9s to replace the ones that are WAAAAAYYYY over due. My old pair are 10.5 so I ordered the same size, of course. I put the new pair on and they felt totally different. But maybe that is just because they are new? My right front toe is hitting the front edge? Weird, maybe that's because I haven't worn them? Hmmmm...my left heel feels big? Weird. That didn't happen in the other ones. I wore them for a few days and they are just too small. My poor toes are sore after I wear them BUT my right foot pain has improved as the support of a new shoe has clearly helped. I'm exchanging for an 11 but have concerns about the fit of that pair. It seems like they've changed the design of the shoe. As if the toe box has changed as well as the heel cup.

Love how light, comfortable and supportive these sneakers are. Wish Hoka had some new colors for Fall/Winter.
