I'm not a runner but I do walk every morning with my dog Archie. I have lower back disc issues and long walking sometimes can be painful. With these shoes I am not having any pain after walking 2-3 miles!

They hurt my feet I might of bought the wrong style. I am on my feet all day.

Love this show and the comfort and color

I am sad to report that I've had to superglue the sole. When I asked a salesperson if there were any other complaints, she was also wearing the Cliftons, and she showed me her sole. Same problem. I love the fit, the shoe helps my posture.....

great look, need medium width

I am on my second pair of Clifton 9s. I loved the first pair so much I decided to purchase a second pair for work. I've had the second pair for less than 6 months and there are already holes forming on the sides of the shoe where the fabric meets the sole. I'm very disappointed in the reduced quality of these new shoes when compared to the older ones.

I used for 3 months and the sole feelings apart. I buy a new pair of Hoka different style.

Wow, I m impressed. From the first time I put these shoes on, I was amazed. They are so comfortable, so much cushion, and great for my morning runs. Plus I wear them all day long, and such comfort. They are true to size for me. I will buy another pair. I love the colors.

I love my Hokas and wear different pairs almost every day. The last few pairs have had part of the front soles peel back and catch on carpet etc. Never had that problem until Clifton 9's before. I'm hoping it has been solved in this year's versions.

The shoes were comfortable, but I was unable to keep them. I suffer from chronic back pain and wearing these shoes just a short period of time, caused my back pain to increase.

First time Hoka buyer. Compared Bondi and Clifton requiring me to order and return and order again. Shoes were delivered the next day (incredibly) and refund was deposited same day as my return. Couldn't expect better service!

I have 3 pairs of the Clifton 9. I do about three miles walking every day. I am elderly and I love the way my feet feel when I am walking. They are comfortable and I don't experience any pain at all.

I prefer the Gaviota 4 because my feet pronate inward and I need more stability. But the Gaviota 5 just looks so super wide that I don't want to wear it. The Clifton. 9 offers good support and has plush cushioning. I shattered my ankle a year ago and have 20 screws and 4 plates in it. The Hoka shoes are the only ones I can wear.

Wife put them on today and is very happy so far.

I thought I was getting a special gift for my daughter as I love my Hoka Bondi's. Alas, these Gaviotas were both small and narrow which is not what I expected. Need to return and will get a pair of Bondi's

I recently bought online a pair of shoes and gave them as a Christmas gift. Unfortunately, one of the shoes was dirty; the back of the left shoe appeared greyish, as dirt had gotten inside. I felt quite bad about giving a gift that had dirt in it. I suggested to the person that I would be happy to return the package but she declined it. I then tried to clean it, and after several attempts, it became somewhat cleaner, though not as clean as it should have been. I love Hoka shoes and personally have several pairs but never ordered them online, I was disappointed by this order, especially because it was for a gift. I do not think I will order shoes online anymore.

I was a brooks lover for a long time but just started running more and found my feet to hurt with them. Tried these on and they are wonderfully comfortable to walk or run in!

These shoes truly have changed a life. My wife has a condition that causes severe pain in both of her feet. We have searched for years and tried many, many different brands of shoes that claim to relieve foot pain and none of them have helped. I read hundreds of reviews and watched many videos and decided to give these a try and see if these would help her. So I got these for her for Christmas. They have truly helped with the pain. I'm so happy I decided to get these for her. What a difference they have made. I would recommmend these shoes to anyone that has foot pain and has trouble walking or standing. These shoes live up to their claim.
