Within 2 weeks of wearing these shoes, the sides began to split on both shoes/both sides. After multiple attempts to talk to an actual person regarding this issue, I was only ever to text with someone giving me the same canned answers as the text before them. The return policy for Hoka is atrocious, and although I love every shoe I've bought from them, I won't purchase again because of this issue. This shoe does fit well, feels great on my feet but they look like I've had them for years because they are tearing on the sides.

Bought these for travel. Unfortunately, it made my trip a nightmare :( These shoes hurt me so bad, even though I had the correct size. Too small and they are so uncomfortable, I wish I had tried them before I left. I trusted Hoka.

These shoes were super difficult to get on my foot. Once I finally squeezed into them, I realized I shouldn't have. They were very narrow and short. I did order the wide version.

I've been a fan of various Hoka styles for a while. I have Bondi 7, Clifton 8, and Speed Goats 5 and 6, with the 5 being my very favorite (wish they would bring it back!). I wear a Wide width in all of them since the regular is slightly snug. I thought the Transport looked right up my alley, on paper anyway, since I'm a walker/hiker, not a runner. But these have such an odd fit. I have jokingly said that I have Barney Rubble feet. Basically just little blocks. First of all, my heel just slips in and out of these so easily while I walk, which would absolutely be a huge issue while on vacation somewhere. And I don't have narrow heels, so how does anyone wear these? And then the rest of the foot fits like the regular width and not the wide I ordered. So overall a very weird and unpleasant tightness everywhere but the heels. I wore them for a few hours while out running errands and I really disliked them before I even left the house, but I wanted to give them a fair shot! Thankfully Hoka has a nice return policy and I was able to send them back. And while I'm here...Hey Hoka, why so little love for the wide width people? IF you offer a shoe in wide at all, the color choices are usually awful. And it gets even worse if I want waterproof! Come on now, it's 2025 and we need more options!

The fit is good and I had high hopes for the shoes. But the the material on the inside of the heels has rubbed off and irritates my heel. This seems to be a problem with Hokas.

Bought a pair of regular width white transports a year ago from a brick and mortar sporting goods store. They wore out and I wanted to order replacements. I ordered a replacement for my original white pair and an additional black pair, since I wore my original white pair quite a bit. I ordered both in wide width because I decided I wanted more room for my toes. What showed up were shoes that were narrower than my original regular width pair I bought year ago. The black ones were not just narrower, but were tighter all over. Held up side by side, my original old pair regular width shoes are visibly wider. Held up sole to sole my original regular width pair sticks out more to the sides than these new "wide" width pairs I received. Had to return both right away unfortunately, which also sucked since I lost out on the 10% online new member discount. If I had known the manufacturing on these changed to make the shoes more narrow I wouldn't have repurchased them.

I'm really disappointed with these shoes. The stiff, high ankle collar rubs against my ankle and hurts my feet, making them uncomfortable to wear. I'm seriously considering returning them.

Even ordering wide size, and half size big , my feet were crushed I walked 10,000 to 15,000 steps each day on my trip resulting with a blister on my foot thumb was very painful I used this shoes but would like to return for another kind shoes which is more comfortable for wise feet. The other pair silver is not used. Please advise. Thank you

However. Did not come in wide in Transport. Like the color but in women's not too many choices of color in wide!

I just bought these, they are my first pair of Hoka tennis shoes (as I normally wear Brooks). I've worn them to walk in twice now and my feet get extremely hot. I bought them because of the reinforced toe area, but I will only be able to wear them for short spurts of time. I was so hoping that I would like the Hoka brand, but maybe I just bought the wrong style and make?

I purchased the HOKA transports in white and had them for about 3 months and they turned pink in all the areas with vinyl. I paid to send them in for warranty coverage and they sent the shoes back to me with a letter that said they didn't cover a product that was purchased over a year ago or water damaged. Neither of these were facts. They look practically new, they are now just pink. Not my favorite color. As I went back and read reviews this is clearly a problem that has happened to other customers. HOKA has to know this is a problem and does not care about customer satisfaction. I wouldn't recommend this brand to anyone, take your business to a company that values their customers.

I've bought countless Hoka over the last 4-5 years and wanted to try this style for a more casual wear. I typically wear an 11W, these shoes were quite narrow. I wore them for 4 days on a vacation trip to Savannah and probably walked only 5 miles each dayI came back home and immediately scheduled an appointment with my podiatrist. I'm very disappointed in this shoe as the quality and comfort pale in comparison to their other styles, specifically against their Cliftons or Challengers or Speedgoats.

I received a pair of HOKA Transports for Christmas and loved the style and color, but realized that they were a bit narrow and needed to get a wide fit instead. These were a gift purchased locally, so I went through the return process for a gift. The process was over 5 weeks without any update given from HOKA. I received the shoes back yesterday with the return declined saying that they were "out of warranty" HOKA said the shoes were made in 2022 but I live in a small Montana town and our shoe store that sells these is small- we often don't get the latest styles as fast as other areas The MAIN problem was that HOKA returned these shoes to me without their original box and without their laces so now I cannot return them locally or try to wear the shoes. The HOKA warehouse literally stole the box and laces. Customer Service did nothing about this other than try to offer a 10% discount. I have bought HOKAs for years because their shoes have been so helpful in keeping me active with my Rheumatoid Arthritis. I've had a few issues with their customer service this year and I'm not confident that I will continue purchasing HOKA. I am SUPER disappointed.

Surprised that Hoka could make such a terrible shoe. The heel cup was so shallow my foot kept coming out of the shoe. The cushioning at mid and forefoot was amazing except that the heel area was so low-cut that I was concerned I'd twist my ankle.

I have been a Hoka fan for several yrs. Especially the Bondi model. The last batch Bondi 8 were a joke. very subpar to what Hoka use to produce. The Bondi 8 sale was great . but no way would i buy another pair if they were marked to $50.00, Cmon Hoka don't make me a liar when I try to recoomend your shoes
I'd also recommend:
if Bondi doesn't improve i will have to recommend other. So far its only been Bondi for me

Got these for work as I need comfy black shoes good to my feet all day. I love my Hokas in other styles... not these. Not only is there very little arch support. the bottom tread wore off in under a year with little use. Now they're too slippery for my work. Not my favorite Hokas
