I was hopeful that the Transport would be my new work shoe but I've been wearing Gaviota's and am used to the additional support as I have a bad ankle. I would have needed to wear an ankle support with these everyday. They fit well and were comfortable just not the support that I need.

I have several pairs of Hokas , but these are the first ones that have been so tight around my foot that it hurts. I sure hope they stretch.!

The shoes would be great if they were just a little bit wider. I returned mine since they were too narrow. I'd be willing to buy another pair if Hoka decides to make them in a wide size.

hard to fit with very high arches, these Hoya's offer great comfort and support in a stylish package.... so far, basic colors, which suite me. Speed lace or provided 'normal' laces, great pull loop on the heel, too.... definitely not an afterthought, fully functional. Might even get a second pair!

As another poster remarked, the toe box is small especially in the height. Also they are too narrow across the ball of my foot and I have narrow to average width feet and bought a half size up from my normal. The gum rubber sole on the avocado color was annoying squeaky on tile floors. No complaints about initial build quality and they would probably be great for very narrow feet.

The Transport is a both comfortable and cool. I am actually pleasantly surprised with how comfortable they are. I'm equally impressed with the look. If you're looking for a new pair of HOKA's that also have the look of a cooler sneaker, these are for you!

HOKA makes to most comfortable and non-slip shoes I've ever seen. I have a pair for just day to day and an all-black pair for more formal events like going to court as an attorney.

Love my new Transports, great support and cushioning. Good support for my arches..I have issues with fallen arches. I wore them for golf, they had great grip and stability, as well as great comfort. I know they weren't particularly designed for golf, but they work very well.

The product that was delivered is not what the picture shows. What I received is a gray tone on a gray tone instead of what the picture shows. Gray tone on an off white tone color. Not happy at all. Now I have to return them. Haven't even wore them, just tried them on, do not feel good. I own other Hoka's that are awesome. Not these.

I have tried a handful of different Hokas as I love the cushioning. Almost all of them have too high of an arch and ended up causing me pain. I have flat-ish feet and a wide heel. I have found the Solimars fit great, but there isn't much abrasion resistant material on the bottom and the material starts to wear off after just 10 miles in the shoes. These Transports have all the same comfort (if not more) and the durable Vibram outsole. I started with the Avocado/Harbor Mist and think I will go ahead and order The Castlerock/Black variation to have a pair to match just about anything.

I recently bought these shoes and have 4 other pairs of HOKA models. These shoes are a bit narrow at the toe. and overall run tighter. I liked the look but the color pictured isn't correct as they are tone on tone grey not the off white and grey shown. So I returned them and still shopping for a HOKA trail shoe.

I was very excited for the release of this shoe. I have always wanted Hoka to create a shoe that looked great and can perform both in city and on the trail. I have always used my Speedgoats for that purpose, but they always looked too aggressive for some occasions and I would wear them out quickly. The Transport seemed to check all of the boxes in the way of style, sustainability, materials, and purpose, but came up short on my first 7 mile city walk. They are said to be Neutral/Balanced which is the same as the Speedgoat, but do not feel anywhere close to the same amount of cushion. I did not find the Transport to have the signature Hoka cushion that we all know and love at all. Instead, they literally hurt my feet. There is something in the midsole right in front of heel and in between the arch that felt like a lump on every step to the point that my left foot felt bruised for a couple of days after. On top of that, my sweat left weird splotchy stains on the Cordura fabric. I wear thin merino socks and don't have overly sweaty feet, so I would say this is a material fail. Unfortunately, I had to return them and will probably just buy another pair of Speedgoats for my adventure travel. Hopefully the Transport will work for other people or get better over time.

I picked these up after looking for an all around activity shoe and am super impressed. I immediately put them on and went for a few mile walk around the city and have no complaints. The quick laces are great and the castlerock color looks great. Planning on picking them up in all black to rotate!

They are great for bad weather days when I need a waterproof shoe, but are not comfortable to wear all day. To me they sacrifice comfort for waterproof. The thicker material pinches my toes when walking.

I walk 5-7 miles a day and finding a sneaker that can hold up to that with cushion is hard. I found these hokas made for walking and not running. The soles will hold up much better with actual treads. The picture on the site is deceiving though. I bought the avocado and expected some variation to the color of the green fabric and a white bottom rim. The fabric is a pretty flat green and the rubber is actually very much grey. I'm happy with them but would like some of the more fun hoka color ways I'm used to before I buy another pair. I also can't figure out how to change the laces to the regular ties from the elastic.

I was really excited to get these shoes due to style and durability. I put them on and immediately noticed that the vertical space is very tight on the top of my foot even when wearing really thin socks. Toe space was good, they are just too tight on top of the foot no matter how loose I left the lacing. Length was true fit as I usually wear a 11.5 and the 11.5 fit perfectly lengthwise.
