First impression....I thought these were cheap. I never even tried them on.

I like the nylon outer and the speed lace a lot. Another great shoe from Hoka. This one runs a bit small though, ordered a 10.5 like my other Hokas and had to return for an 11.

I bought these for comfort, and they have delivered! Whether putting on the miles or simply standing for a long shift, these shoes have consistently been super comfortable. They are light, too, and I very much like the "quick tie-ing" laces.

Really enjoy the nu-tie laces for getting them on and off.

One of the Transports is slightly defective; I bought them just before leaving for a month long trek near Pike's Peak -- I am hiking in the mountains right now -- hope I can return them when I return in May. Then I will change my review. I knew that they were defective -- and maybe could be repaired?

I've had many pairs of Hokas and the Transport has become a favorite. Feels like a tamed down version of the Speedgoat but a firmer feel than my Clifton. I use them for walking, light trails and standing at work. I like how snug the top material fits to my foot and it looks great too. The bungee cord laces hold very well. The grip is fairly aggressive so if you only use them indoors, you may want a shoe with a different bottom sole.

To right across the top of the foot, no noticeable difference in sole cushion. Big on name short on comfort.

I purchased this pair for my husband. He loves them. He is a CNC operator and is on his feet through out the day. We have tried several different brands and styles. These have completely surpassed the rest. He says he has never worn a pair of shoes that didn't make his feet achy afterwards. He wears everyday for work, doing roughly 10 hrs shifts, and he saysnthe more he wears them through out the day the less his feet hurt at night when he has to get up to use the restroom. Who would have thought that the wife got it right I would definitely recommend and have already purchased a different pair for my daughter whom does the same work as my husband but is 30 yrs younger than him. Also we bought 11 but my husband usually wears size 10 so maybe try a size up

I was so excited when this shoe came out -- nearly perfectly fit what I was looking for: a travel shoe that would be my one pair of shoes on a trip and was supportive for extensive walking. I purchased the grey pair when these first came out a couple of years ago. The only issue I had with them was they got drenched when it rained. Enter the waterproof ones! Hurray! I ordered them and they are mirror-image of the regulars but were too narrow. So after trying about 5 other brands I decided to return to the regulars, which have an improve shock cord lace (seems less likely to break) and advertised as having a water resistant treatment -- time will tell.
My only issue now is the color: the grey that is available in the GTX version is what I want but for some reason it isn't offered in the regular. I bought the "putty" color and they are too light. Very, very close to white -- just barely enough grey for me to keep them, but I will not buy them again unless I can get the original grey.
These are almost the perfect shoe!

Bought the navy Transports and couldn't be happier ! After 3 months of wearing, the shoes have been great. I got these and a pair of Clifton 9's, to hopefully help get my inner left hip to feel better. Not sure if any of them would help, but go figure, I feel better. The Transports were a style and function purchase. They look great with jeans and are super comfortable. The materials are excellent and are wearing well. Love the pull tie laces, super functional. The Vibram soles are super good and handle most surfaces well, even when wet. They are a sharp style, versus my Clifton's which I lovingly call Huglys :) My Transports have held their shape and toe box well. I can't stand that worn out look in the first week of wear. Finally they are very easy to clean and keep up. I love that .. can't recommend enough ! I took a shot and they are great ! Great for travel which we do a lot. My wife says they look cool !

I bought this product as primarily a walking shoe. The upper is kind of a plastic material and pretty rigid at the heel. Because of this I think, it doesn't breathe much creating more heat in the feet. My feet run hot naturally, so after a while it gets uncomfortable. I own 2 other pairs of HOKA and am very satisfied with them. I should have paid more attention to the construction. My bad. They are comfortable and have a nice tread, so I may wear them when I play golf.

They are hard for me to get on; however, once I have them on, they are a great walking shoe.

I always praise the Hoka brand but my bondi's my Tranports's all developed a loud squeak that drives me nuts! I keep having to swap shoes on show sites and it's disappointing because I really do love them. I'd like resolution and a few pairs of transports that don't squeak because I've spent a fortune and recommend them to everyone over the years.

I really liked this shoe at first. But after just a few weeks of wearing, the shoe started to completely separate from the bottom. For the price, I expected much better durability. I don't like wasting money on something that doesn't last, especially when it's supposed to be a premium shoe. Will be returning these and trying the Clifton 9s insteadhopefully they can hold up and will not be another disappointment.

I purchased these in wide. They fit great, and more than that, they are supremely comfortable. And more than that, they have an excellent gait-support, with mid-foot support that allows you to just roll along in a smooth and efficient manner. No need for inserts and no arch support needed.
I've worn them almost exclusive for a few months and they still look new. They grip well in shallow snow, and in the wet (great in dry as well). I like the speed laces also.
This is the shoe that made me purchase two other shoes from Hoka. I get it now,,,,

I really liked the sea moss green size 13 transports but had to return them because the toe box was so much narrower than all of the other Hoka's I own. This color was not available in wide or I would have exchanged them.

The underside of the tongue is very uncomfortable and when the shoe is tightened cuts in and wears into my foot with normal gym socks. The material is easily dirtied and hard to clean. The website didn't make it clear that the shoes did not have actual laces and there was no way to even determine if the show had laces.
