It's breathable and very comfortable. Would recommend for physical training and running activities.

They're great for the gym or casual wear, not for running.

Feels more like a casual shirt than a training one. Something tells me, because of the cotton in it. Its gonna get stinky fast, but not the shirts problem. Looks nice though.

My family loves the shirt. They plan to workout in the shirt. I hope the shirt works out for them.

White is way see through and very thin. Otherwise very soft, the cut is different and fits great no restrictions in the shoulders and arms.

I like a loose comfortable fit while I'm working ou t and thos top is perfect for that.
