The shirt was very good at keeping my body cool and aired out on a hot, sunny day. But the quality was not what I had expected. If you are looking for a cheap workout shirt that won't make you sweat a lot, this is the best shirt for that. If you are trying to feel good while doing it, I would look for a different material shirt.

Great shirt. Yes I would recommend purchasing this again. My son is 19 he's 130 pounds. Usually a size large in tops and a medium and bottoms is 5'6 and maybe 130 pounds for reference
