They are light and nice for running. I even used them to run errands. They have nice pockets for the Smartphone and also zipper hidden pockets. They feel great. I have long legs, size M is fine for me. L will run big and loose.

I'm 6'2 215lb. Tiro's have been my uniform for years. When walking clothes the drawstring on Tiro's SUCK!! That is NOT a problem with these. The material feels better on my runs, the extra pockets are great & they don't seem to hooks sweat (or make me sweat?) like I do in Tiro's. Trust

Very comfortable pants. Have a zipper at the bottom for easy removal over shoes. Run a bit long which works well for my body type.
