These shoes run true to size and are amazeballtastic for working out! Granted, the toe box is not as wide as in my other Nanos, but they are still a comfortable fitting shoe. #sweepstakes

I've been using these crossfit shoes for a while now, and they've quickly become my go-to for varied workouts. In my opinion, the heel support for the Nano X3 has better cushioning than the Nike Metcon. Very pleased and satisfied with the overall product of the sneaker. I have the all blue X3, and will be buying another color within the next few days. FYI - this is my 3rd pair of Nano's and you have to buy them a 1/2 size smaller. Definitely worth it.
