I needed a pair of shoes for crossfit and so far they are great. I feel more stable and balanced when I lift heavy. I was told they are good for short distance running, which is all I need because we only do short distances in class.

Love these! I use them for cross-training - a mix of weightlifting and cardio, as well as biking to my gym. They work great and fit well. Definitely recommend.

Very nice color, I do CrossFit and I had a great time training with it, it is sturdy and fits comfortably on your foot. They don't disappoint

I love these Nano x3 shoes. I have them in white and teal because they are my go-to CrossFit trainers. The toe box is perfect for my slightly wide feet. I bought half a size down which made for a perfect fit. These shoes are great for everything except running more than 800 meters in a workout. #sweepstakes

The Nano 2's are my favorite shoes for high impact workouts. Decided to try these as one of my coaches loves them. I've worn them for multiple workouts and love these shoes just as much! One issue is that the collar of the shoe dug into my ankle causing a wound but after a few more wears, it has loosened up enough to be comfortable.

I've had many nanos and these so far are my favorite!

I'm a CrossFit beginner and this sneaker are awesome for that kind of training.

I love this shoe so much. I've always been a nano fan and took a chance on another shoe and immediately came back to this one. It's the best. I use it for lifting, cross training/metcons, short distance running, jumping. You name it, these are the best!

I wanted a pair of shoes for strength training (weights and body weight) that would provide more stability and grounding. The nano x3 absolutely does the job!

Love the X3s best model yet with nice wide toe box as they should be! X4s are too narrow.

I regret listening to the reviews that said to buy a half size down. It's uncomfortably snug at times. Try getting both your regular size and a half size down, maybe it varies between colors.

Definitly would buy again. You can feel the stability. Get 1/2 size less than what you use to.

This is my first time wearing a true training shoe that's meant for weight training. I love how I feel both supported and grounded - I can really feel into the floor when doing squats and deadlifts.

Nothing but good. Perfect for wear on the court and crossfit. Wide toe box but they don't look clunky. My goal is to try all the colors! I've already recommended to friends.

I have been wearing the Nano for almost 10 years for cross training. I am a fitness instructor and this is the most comfortable shoe I have found. I have several pairs in rotation!
