The last pair of Ultra boost were great. These are cheaply made, not the same quality sole. These front/toe area has no support, you can fold it up! And why does this company have such a problem with laces that come untied?!? Nearly every pair has done this. I'm done wasting my money on over priced shoes like these! Just bought some HOKA's and guess what? Better support and the laces stay tied! All day!

Within a month and a half of use, there was some noticeable wear around the big toe mesh area. Holes started to get larger around big toes and the small toes. Some pealing around the sole of shoe revealing a styrofoam materiel. They were comfortable while they held together. This shoe did meet my expectations.

Not comfy as my previous pairs. I bought this due to comfort on previous pairs. I hoping they break in and give that comfort I desire

The item it self would be probably good, but I have not received my exchange yet. The sizes have changed.

The shoes look great, unfortunately, they are very tight around the opening and also hurt the bottom of my feet. I sent them back.

The shoes is expensive, they really need to fix the ankle area. It is small and doesn't stretch. My ankles and feet feel uncomfortably tight.

I had purchased ultra boost shoes and within one month of purchase it got damaged. When I wrote to customer care for warranty claim ,my claim got rejected saying its normal wear and tear. The basis on some photos justified themselves that it's not under warranty. Useless and pathetic after sales service. My whole money got wasted as it was quality issue but they dint accept only

The design of these shoes has changed and the color around the ankle is incredibly tight. I have narrow feet and slender ankles and the shoe cuts off circulation.

I really wanted to love this shoe! Normally a size 9 medium - ordered 9 and 9.5 just in case. I have never had this happen with another pair of shoes but the opening was so small and unforgiving with NO stretch - near impossible to slide your foot in. Neither size worked. Surprised not to see more reviews on poor fit. Great style of shoe though - super stylish. Super bummed.

I love what they look like but I can't wear them. They are too tight and too small on my foot. The last couple times I've ordered shoes from here. I got 1 pair where one of the shoes fell apart the first time I wore them. I pay a lot of money for these shoes and I'm not getting what I pay for

This is my second pair of Ultraboost 1.0 shoes and the fit is so different from my first pair. These are a smaller fit and the leather around the toe is constricting and hits my toe where the tip of my toenail is. I know this will cause a problem for me while running. So disappointing that I have to return these. They're cute but a totally different fit and feel than my other Ultraboost 1.0's.

My Girlfriend wore the shoes once and the thread that help the plastic sole to the fabric came apart.

The shoes are tight and uncomfortable. Not a walking shoe.

I'm a nurse who is frequently on their feet and my go to shoe has always been Adidas Ultraboost. I've never been let down until this most recent purchase. Gone was the extreme comfort I'm used to from the ultraboost. My feet throbbed after each shift I wore them and I just kept saying maybe I needed another day to break them in. I've never had to break in ultraboosts before and it never got better with these. The laces - no matter how loose - seemed to just push down enough into the top of my foot that it caused discomfort the whole time. I would 100% return these if I kept the tags that I threw out since I've never felt this bad quality before (my mistake). Will definitely have to look into a new shoe for work as this quality was much different and I would not recommend.

This is not a good quality as my previous ultra boost, not the same material or comfort. Very disappointed.

My shoes tore at the front end within just one year of purchase

I was sent the wrong order and it's been a hassle to try to get the correct items I ordered.

The ankle/cuff is so small I could not get my right foot in. Could get my left in, the fabric over my instep was too tight, over my mid foot and toes so stretchy loose my foot slid sideways in the shoe. You could have added a heel loop as you do with other shoes of this stupid tongue less design. But no. Your shoes are continually disappointing.

This has NEVER happened to me but I ordered this shoe because it was a grey tone with white. I received a grey almost taupe shoes with blue ultra boosts. I chated with customer service and they did an exchange only to receive a grey and blue shoe all over again. This is not what its described and a total waste of time sending it back and waiting to receive yet another incorrect item not as described.

The shoes was a little small so I returned. It's been over 17 days and still haven't got my refund. This is taking way too long. Will not buy from this business in the near future.

The entire tongue is connected to the shoe. This makes it much harder to get your foot into the shoe. You can't flip the tongue back and loosen the laces to open the area to get your foot in.in essence a slip on which doesn't slip onto my foot without considerable effort and, even then, questionable. Despite liking the looks there was no question I had to return the shoes.

It's been 17 days since returning for an exchange and still haven't received anything. Terrible return service.

No ever do an exchange, simply return them and order the product you want to exchange it for. Worst return service that I've experienced. It been 17 days and still no exchange.
