Waste of time and waste of money, 1st they sent you wrong article and also sent you the open box item. Customer care advised us to send back that item in fedex and wait for 7 business days to get your refund. They don't even compensate anywhere, I have ordered 2 pairs. I believe they don't value their customers. It's really frustrating to deal with them. Poor customer service

The delivery service is disgusting. There are few points to send back. There are also boxes in which it is impossible to put a box for shipping. The sneakers arrived torn and separated with glue.

The shoes you sent me are different in size from the box. I ordered a size 9, but you sent me a size 7.5. I want to exchange it for these size 9 shoes. However, I accidentally returned it. Can I change it?
