Love the look but they do sag at ankle and I thought I purchased the correct size, even went up a half size and they are tight that wearing them is uncomfortable. Won't buy on line again. Their sizes are wonky!!

Wanted to love these boots but the quality wasn't good. Bunched around ankles and the zipper on one boot was very difficult to move. One boot was also very small around the calf.

Sent these back, the leather bunches around my ankles and the material felt cheap. I didn't live the finishing around the bottom either. They just looked cheap.

The boots arrived without a box. They are for Christmas and I don’t know how I could gift them without a box. I have never had any shoes come from Zappos that was not in the box from the company who made them; especially, a pair of nice leather boots.
I’m wondering if these are seconds.

These were billed as wide calf, but there is no way they are wide calf. And unfortunately, I cannot return them.

I bought these and the sizing is off. I always wear a size 9 in boots and these won't even remotely fit my foot-too small. They also refused to accept an exchange or return which I find incredibly frustrating. I will not be shopping with this company or purchasing their products again.

Love my boots but if your legs are bigger than a stick they will not work.Cant even sip mine half way up so can't even wear them so my money is wasted. Can't even return them. So don't buy these if you are a normal size woman.
