It is a beautiful shoe! I did not feel an arch support as I do not have a defined arch. Unfortunately, I am sending these shoes back, because I it is likely that my feet will slide forward in these shoes.

Shoe is a little stiff, but I would have worked to break them in but I walked out of the heel on both suggesting I needed a half size smaller-but then I knew the toe box would be too small... They have to go back, but I adore Zappos speedy shipping and return policy.

Beautiful shoes. Unfortunately, my normal size was too small, but 1/2 size larger was too big. I really hoped I could make it work.

Naturalizer is hit and miss. These are very stiff. For being a comfort brand you would think they would be soft and mold to your foot but they don’t. They’re just ok. I wouldn’t buy them again.

Left shoe arrived damaged, there were scratches above where the chain sits. Also shoe does not look "expensive" for how much it costs

This was a nice shoe, which looked very good on the foot and made my legs look longer. Unfortunately the size 7W was too big, and they are out of the 6.5 size. I am usually a 7 or 7.5 so it was really too big.

This was too big. I am a size 7 (sometimes 7.5) and this felt like an 8 - definitely too big, even with a foot pad.

Nice shoe, fit well except heel kept slipping out of back when walking

I have tried many different brands of higher heeled loafers and have had to return every single pair due to heel popping, even with adhesive heel pads. So frustrating.

I really loved these shoes and so wanted to keep them. I normally wear an 8.5 but these kept slipping at the heel, even with thick socks and sliding in a heel grip. I sent them back and ordered another color in an an 8 since these were no longer available but the 8 was a bit snug with socks. the 8 may have worked over time but I there were 2 issues with the second order. The smaller size caused pain across the top of my foot from the 'chain'. Also, the second color I chose was the 'Pewter' patent leather. These look like a pair of disco balls. Not for me so I sent those back as well. In the end I really wanted the 8.5 black to work but I couldn't make it work.

Loved the look of these shoes (in pewter) and really wanted to love the way they felt. The padded sole and platform really helps to offset the height. But the pewter patent leather is just SO stiff that I knew it was going to cut up my feet. Not what I wanted from Naturalizer shoes and I had to return them. I bet the suede version is much more comfortable though.
