womens, not mens.. otherwise comfortable and stylish

Received a different colour as the other was out of stock so asked for an exchange it's now been over a month and had to get in contact myself and have had emails saying it's been dealt with but still nothing after another week..I've never had to leave a negative response before as all my experiences have been perfect so I'm really surprised this has happened..

Looking forward to using this pair of trainers more in the summer. They will also go with all my running outfits.

I got sent the wrong size twice, despite asking customer service and warehouse to make sure they'd check what was in the box. The shoes seemed good, but the service was appalling.

I received the wrong size in both of my feet, it's written size 5 but the fitting is too tight on one foot and too loose on the other. I'm disappointed with this product and will not recommend buying these shoes online.

all my sneakers are Adidas. However, these sneakers are so uncomfortable. It feels like one of the supports in one of the sneakers didn't get put in. I should've returned them, but I threw the box away of always ordered online and had no problems. I might contact the data and see what they can do.
