I exchanged size 10 for 10.5 as the 10s were a little too narrow but might have just been me - I do regular 7-10k runs on a variety of terrain but mostly roads and these are really comfortable to run in

Best Beginner Running Shoes. If you are in a budget, You cannot go wrong in them

Overall great shoe for running. Light with soft, breathable fabric. Seems a little thin around the upper/vamp area of the foot but as I said, light and breathable fabric. I wouldn't use these off trail but they're great for treadmill and light road running.
