I Bought this bag before Christmas along with some boots, It was a christmas sale and I was in a hurry. I didnt examine the bag, just bought it because it was cute and I always like Cole Haan. Wow, was I astounded after I had a chance to really look at it. This purse is amazing!! Outstanding quality, every destail is perfect from the organization pockets to the outer phone pocket to the key chaintucked oh so neatly tucked inside the cole haan Tag. The leather is soft and trimmed with a slightly darker brown leather and the lining is beautiful. I have owned expensive bags in my day but this one I cannot say enough about. Beautiful quality and amazing practicality. I have not graduated from big fan to Finatic . Im going to buy the back pack!!! If you are on the fence, dont be, they thought of everything!

Excellent quality, soft pebbled leather with wonderfully engineered, spacious compartments. This bag is described as small but is medium sized and not heavy. It has rubber "feet" on the bottom to protect it. Some bucket bags are not structured and look sloppy, this is structured but still maintains the look of a bucket bag with the functional draw string

Cole Haan never disappoints. The beauty of this leather bag was a 5 star winner in my book! Purchased this gift for my future MIL for her bday and it was the perfect stylish/chic and practical bag for her. With the two-way wear option, I knew she could wear it dressy or super casual. LOVE IT, may need to buy one for myself!

This is not my usual style bag but I saw it at the store and fell in love. It's the perfect size and excellent quality. I have the black one and bought a small printed Cole Haan scarf to tie onto it for a little extra character. I've also gotten lots of compliments

I love this bag. It's a perfect size and has the right pockets to organize your everyday needs. I'm no longer searching for things in my purse as everything now has its own spot. Love this bag! Purchased in black and brown to use in the fall.

Beautifully crafted but I was looking for something a bit smaller and softer for a crossbody bag.

I settled on the small size and am glad I did. It holds a lot and it gets heavy in a hurry because the leather is thick and quite nice.

This bag is good quality at a good price. Love all the compartments it has. It helps you stay organized.

Almost returned because of chemical smell . I'm asthmatic and the smell bothered me so much . Luckily my husband aired it in our spare bedroom. Otherwise great bag nice size . Can't wait to use it .

Nice crossbody bag. My large wallet fit on one side and makeup ouch on the other. Like the phone pocket on the backside and the wide crossbody strap. I would prefer the feet to be metal rather than rubber and would have liked a key fob inside.

The material on this bag is hard, stiff and looks like plastic…not leather! I’ve owned Cole Haan products in the past and what always impressed me was the look and feel of the leather—luxurious! Not this one. It was marked down but I thought it was a sale, not a knock off price.

The purse is great, lots of compartments. Very good quality! However, the buckle on a belt doesn't stay fastened. For a bag this expensive, I expect better! The classic buckle would hold better, but this belt has just a hole that's supposed to stay on a little nail. After a while, the hole stretches out and the belt is undone. Please, change this buckle.

The feet are bottom are leather so it will wear easily. The gold hardware in it feel's flimsy and the gold letters that say coke haan are plastic. Very disappointed. Usually coke haan is better quality

This is a very cute bag, and I love the color, however for an everyday bag it's just a little too small for me!

I love the design and size and compartments of this bag. It's pretty and functional. The hardware holding the handle to the purse came unscrewed twice within the first few weeks using it, even after I screwed it back together. Unfortunately, now I will return it as I don't trust it won't dump my stuff again.
