Classy...sturdy...lots of space

The handbag that I purchased had the best sale price of anywhere! The maker is a fine, established company and the handbag is exceptional quality. I was stunned by the order turnaround, ordered it late Thursday evening and it arrived early Saturday afternoon. Was so impressed with Zappos that I will definitely order again (and again and again)!

Love the Bag overall...gorgeous soft leather! Would give a 5 star if the crossbody strap would shorten more into a shoulder bag. Im on the shorter side, so the strap is too long for me to use as a shoulder bag. I think I may try using the guitar strap

I have had this purse for a few months. I love it! I really love the outside slot for a phone. Big enough for my iPhone Max.

Holds a lot, phone pocket was very handy. The bag fits nicely on its legs under airplane seat.

This bag has all the room of a much larger satchel in a well proportioned shoulder or cross body style. Beautiful color and nice leather outside, great organizing pockets, zippered sections inside. There's even room for a file folder in the big back section.

I love how ergonomic this purse is! A place/pocket for everything. I also appreciated the communication provided while it was in transit. This is my second Cole Hahn purse and I have been disappointed with each.

Love this purse! Was looking for a crossbody bag that was stylish and held all my things - sunglasses, gloves, phone, etc. This purse is perfect! Better than I expected. Holds way more than I was expecting. I love the crossbody strap and along with handles, and all the storage compartments in the interior. The pebbled letter looks great and is durable. Very happy with my purchase!

Great purse if you carry lots of things

Beautiful leather bag. My wife loves it. It's an excellent size for somebody who is disorganized, and just chucks a bunch of stuff in their purse.

I am so pleased with this bag. The leather is gorgeous and the organization is ample. I wanted to be a tiny purse lady, but I have finally accepted that I am not except for the ladies lunch or night out. This would be a great bag for air travel too, as you could easily fit electronics into the back, more structured section, well as purse essentials in the front section.

I bought this bag for a a gift. I liked it's versatile use - hand held and shoulder bag. I own a Louis Vuitton - very similar and since this was for a gift , I thought it would be as useful as my Louis bag. I love the soft leather and the fact that it is very well made. For the price and quality - excellent bag.
