I purchased a pair of brand new shoe, but received used one.

This is the worst shoe I have ever purchased from Adidas. Width is too tight and size is too long. Adidas should see this article. May be it's a manufacturer mistake in this article. Don't buy this article.

10 size was very big for me i exchanged the shoe size to 9 but it was too small i cant return this shoes tried customer care many time not picking the calls, and no reply for email. bad of adidas you should atleast respond to customer.

Size was not on point with all my other Adidas shoes. Were way bigger than usual for the same size. This was the first product I ever sent back to exchange. When I sent it back they had the next lowest size in stock, yet when I returned them, they no longer had my size. I just got a refund instead. I really hate that. Really wanted those shoes. But I wanted them way sooner. Already been a month.

I have received my package and I am very upset. First of all, because the footwear was left with a safety button and secondly, it has many design flaws.
