Tongue exceptionally long and sharp. You would need an over the ankle sock to avoid scraping the skin on the top of the foot where it meets the shin. Tabbed socks aren't high enough.

Based on previous comments, I sized up a full size from my normal size in other brands. It fits great. The only issue I have is the flap at the front. Like others have said, it scratches the front part of my foot and can be uncomfortable with low ankle socks. I tried folding down and that helps temporarily but then it flips back up. I might have to cut or suture it down to make it work

Great for running and walking. Comfortable and durable

I've worn these shoes for over a decade. They always run small. I usually wear an 8.5 - 9. I ordered a 9.5. I'm returning them to order a 10. They are great shoes though!

My favorite long distance running shoes. They really help me run comfortable. I recommend them to my running friends and family.
