The toe box is narrow and low. I ordered a 13W, which normally fits me with plenty of room in length and width. But with this shoe, my large toe was rubbing on the side and on the top.

They fit great, they look a bit different in person then they do online, however they are very good looking. They fit like a sock and are very supportive while being soft.

I've put a lot of miles on these shoes. Whit I like about them is that they are pretty light-weight, and that there is just the right amount of cushioning. I use arch inserts so the amount of arch support isn't really much of a factor. But if you are not a person who uses inserts, I think there isn't a ton of arch support in these shoes.

I stumbled onto this shoe several years ago on a sale from a retailer. SInce it has moderate support for my flat feet I decided to try it. I hav not run in anything else since. Even though Mizuno has made a few tweaks, the shoe continuies to be my favorite.

From the instant you put this shoe on it feels like a shoe you have been wearing for years....Compliant in the sole, fits like a glove on your foot, no break-in required,.....all day comfort right out of the box!!! Not sure how they did this but Mizuno, you now have a customer for life! I'm wearing these shoes the rest of my life....yeah, they are that good.

I discovered Mizuno Wave Inspire about 15 years ago and they are the only running shoe I own. I've probably had 30 pairs over the years and won't buy anything else. They are very comfortable and consistent in fit and finish. I can wear all day without fatigue. I highly recommend!
