Great running sock. The underlying material fits like a compression sock, but there is also generous padding for the heels and toes. Never a blister or chafing with these socks, and I have done 15 mile runs in them. They do run a little warm in the summer, and if your shoes already fit snugly these may create issues.

Purchased this sock for winter outdoor walking. The material weight is medium and fits great into my hiking boots. The socks offer cushion which I was looking for as I am walking about 13 miles a week. The sock is very soft and offers warmth for those outdoor walks.

I have issues with plantar fasciitis and these socks provide great support.

Definitely a great sock .. I bought these in neon cayenne and absolutely love them unlike other socks they have a nice light compression and don't slip or fall down while running.. keep my feet dry and last a long time!!

At 78, I now get most of my daily mileage using my Utah Trikes CatTrike 5.5.9 and no longer run, but after my left TKR, I needed new shoes to make my golfing and any walks less stressful on my hips and knees. My PT said ghosts would be best for me! Great advice and are now my only choice for walking!
