Shoe was supper cute, according to the size chart I ordered the correct size, went down 1/2 size. I received the wrong size and sent them for exchange, still waiting. I don't know if I will even get them. Exchange time says 1-3 days but really it can be up to 21! They were a christmas gift. Its disappointing.

I love superstar trainers and would seriously have loved these had I not ordered them off the phone. The colour states Cloud White/3Grey so from that and looking at the photos the stripes looked glossy grey to me, but on receipt of the now ordered personalised trainers the stripes are infact transparent so you can see your foot inside regardless of sock colour or bared footed, I do not like that at all!!!!! Wasted money as they can not be returned I've checked and I can't see even in the description where it says the stripes are transparent. Gutted!!!!

I followed the suggestion in the reviews and ordered a half size smaller. Wrong! I needed my correct size. Plus. My heel literally slips out of the shoe. There is no paper work for returning the shoes. These happened to arrive right after my husband died so they are still sitting in the box.

It would be nice if they mentioned that they run large or better yet, just make the shoes in the right size. These shoes are way too big. Unfortunately I have to give them away as it's too costly to ship internationally again.

I returned it at the store and tried to order a new pair but they were unable to order something online for me right there in the store it was very inconvenient because I was literally ready to hand over my money but they suggested I order it online when I get home

eally wanted to love this shoe but they run really big. Adidas also seems to be discontinuing them so I couldn't re-order in a new size! I ordered an 8 which is my size in all other shoes. I thought I had received a men's 8! Customer service was excellent in figuring out what I got and getting the refund processed asap. I also got my refund pretty quickly.

I loved the product because of its comfort level. I had to return the shoes because of a concern regarding size but otherwise it's perfect !

We like the product but my girls are a solid six so that is what we ordered and they are too big. They are personalized so nothing we can do.

Product is fine, it's a little too big for me but not allowed to exchange so not completely happy.

The shoes run very large. Adidas doesn't do exchanges, I had to return the 1st pair and repurchase another pair and have been waiting forever for the replacement!!

I bought a size 9 cuz I'm usually that size and it runs big, so I return it and ask for a 8.5 and fits well but at the moment the I used the all day, they runs big on me again. I didn't returned because I used 1 time and I don't know where is my receive.

I have been looking for the green striped shoes for over 10 years again, but imagine my surprise when I get an 8 1/2 and they are over an inch too big!!! I have always been in between an 8 1/2 and a 9 and have never had this problem, so somewhere in the last 10 years they have changed their sizing and its disappointment when you order online and can't exchange them for a new size.

Man, I remember these shoes being awesome back in the day! That is why I ordered them. First off, the service from Adidas was terrible. I was double charged without any apology. Second, the quality of the shoes isn't so great. I tried them on for the first time and as I was taking them off the inside soles of the shoes came out! The shoes are also pretty bulky. Such a disappointment, especially when you spend so much money. I won't ever order these shoes again and I probably will never order any Adidas again.

They are nothing like they use to be. Thin, cheap cheap cheap. Disappointing.

These resemble clown shoes. I actually laughed when I put them on. Also they run super big. I ordered a half size down and my heel was still slipping. Thankful Adidas has such a good return policy because these had to go back.

Has a ripped on the front and I can't return it never buying from you all

I am absolutely obsessed with these shoes! however I wish I had gone into a store to buy because they sent me a defective pair with glue all over them and the tounge was stained on one side. so now if I want to return them I have to wait for them to refund my money after I return them and then I can "re-order" a new pair. this is very inconvenient.

I would recommend this product 100% ,shipping was super fast

Didn't really like them, but I did like the red and the white colors

I got a shoe yellower than the other, when both are supposed to be white, it was also dirty, something that could be noticed

Extremely disappointed in these shoes- feels like walking barefoot on cement. There is not an ounce of cushion in the feet making the shoes feel extremely cheap. Unfortunately, I deeply regret buying them.

I am deeply disappointed because the item hadn't been processed and shipped in more than a week after the order, and then it was canceled due to stock availability:"It is most likely that your size ran out of stock before we could process your order." Nevertheless, the next day the superstars were in stock again, so I can't imagine why it's not possible to deliver them now
