The item I received was returned. It arrived with the sensor still attached to the sneaker. It was the wrong size. I ordered a women's shoe size 8.5. I was sent a men's 8.5. I was disappointed with overall attention to shipping and handling of product.

I really wanted to love these. All black. Wear for work, exercise, etc. They are comfortable. However the paint on the base chips. Easily. And in less than a month these look awful. Awful customer support, too.

Spending too much amount for this shoe is waste and not worthy and before buying shoe app is showing that they can take return and exchange. But after buying shoe and simple saying that it's does not meet return conditions and terms

I bought my second pair of these, all black. Very comfortable! For this price it should be! In 2 weeks, the foam base started chipping. There is a black 'overcoat' which chipped. For some reason the foam below the black overcoat is white. SO, when it chips (should it in 2 weeks of minimal use?) it shows white spots everywhere on the foam. Despite the comfort, I tried to return. It was a travesty of poor customer service and and a lack of Adidas standing by the product. A horror show. Buyer beware!

I ordered women's size 7.5. But I received men's size 7.5. What should I do?

DO not buy these shoes! The sole falls apart after a couple months and this is not due to wear and tear. Customer service will not exchange the shoe.

Did not like. Returning shoes has been a nightmare. I still have not gotten my money back. Your website says hassle free returns within 30 days. Could not be further from the truth. False advertising.

Size 10 is too big, and 9.5 is a little small. I don't understand how that is possible. Because my Ultraboost 21 9.5 is a perfect fit, and this one is not at all. Trying to exchange my size 10 to 9.5 no option is given. I need someone to get back to me and resolve my issue. Else, I need a full refund, including taxes and fees, which I paid for FedEx.
