This is the second pair of ultraboost shoes that have ripped upon the first or second wearing and you wont stand by your product and replace them. Extremely disappointed.

Please stay away from this ionic shoe. Within less than 45 days, thread in my toe area started opening up. As per Adidas customer care that is normal wear and tear. Will not purchase Adidas shoe again. This was brought to their customer care and leadership. Plain answer that part of the shoe is not under warranty.

My son wore these shoes for 3 weeks and the sole of the shoe separated from the material. He had normal wear and tear and they lasted only 3 weeks. We have owned other ultraboost so I'm not sure what was wrong with this sytle. Zappos was awesome and helped resolve the issue!

I bought them on November and with minimum use the shoes are having issues . The quality has nothing to do with previous Ultra Boost.I asked to replace them and they told me you will get a discount etch.. Disappointing!

Had these shoes less than 6 months and they split in half! Only wore them to work and back which is 12 hrs in an Emergency Department. Nothing hard or rough on the shoe to cause this splitting. Wrote customer service and told me I was unable to receive a replacement pair. All that money on a pair of shoes just for them to split in half within months. Be cautious buyers!!
