Send a text or email when delivery has been made. No clue the shoes had been delivered, heavy rain and pathetic Fedex driver left them uncovered outside. Shoes were soaked and I said the shoes were soaked. These are for a Christmas present. Damaged misshaped box, paper stuck to shoes, did I say soaked yet

Product looks nice but a hole wore out in the right toe area after just a couple months of off/on wear at work (I work in a healthcare). Adidas refused to cover under warranty as apparently wearing the shoes on your feet represents "misuse or negligence"

Received item, shoes looked like they were tried in multiple times. Left shoes felt completely off from the right. I was absolutely disappointed.

This shoe is already ripping at the sole after two weeks of wear and not even being the daily worn shoe.

I love the ultraboosts, but whatever they changed in the new version makes it a terrible shoe for me. The biggest issue (and frankly dealbreaker) is the fact that the tongue area and top of the foot is way too tight. It continues to be even with breaking them in and wearing them for over 3 weeks consistently. my feet always feel like that their blood supply is being cut off. I had to purposely slice away some of the stitching to relieve some of the pressure which feels terrible to do. Almost certainly will never buy these again., which is really unfortunate.

Shoes are not at all comfertable when compared the other 1.0 ultraboost. I am wearing UK 11 but this product is too tight and not comfertable at all.The width is too narrow and very hard to wear the shoes. I have not wore it and still if company accepts return then kindly support me. I have 7 pairs of ultraboost and first time I regret this purchase.

I bought a pair of Ultraboost 1.0 Shoes less than 16 months ago, and after only about a year of regular (not even daily) use, the stitching at the front of the right shoe started ripping until I could literally see my socks through it. The shoes are now completely unwearable. When I contacted Adidas customer service, they told me that the warranty period is only six months, so they couldn't do anything about it. I find that extremely disappointing. For a premium product with such a high price tag, I expected much better durability and customer support. I used to love the Ultraboost line (I've owned four pairs in total because they're comfortable and stylish) but after this experience, I have completely lost trust in Adidas quality. It's unacceptable for shoes this expensive to fall apart so quickly. Sadly, I won't be buying another pair of Ultraboosts, or any Adidas shoes, again.

I was a big fan of the DNA UB but these are a huge downgrade: foot opening is small and stiff

I've had it for less than 2 weeks, already a hole in the toe and fraying of mesh fiber everywhere. Not durable! And expensive

So I buy these shoes because I always like Adidas like this kind of shoes, but I'm very disappointed because this shoes only last me for like three months and they start ripping from the front and from the back I will not buy this anymore

I've been a long-time fan of Adidas products, but my recent experience has been very disappointing. The outer heel section of my Ultra Boost soles wore out after less than three months of normal use. While I understand that defects can happen, the real issue has been the customer service process. I contacted Adidas for a warranty replacement, but it's been a nightmare trying to get a resolution. The team confirmed that I'm eligible for a gift card credit, yet the system that generates gift cards has been "down" for days with no clear timeline for when it will be fixed. I believe that when a product issue arises, how a company handles it is just as important as the quality of the product itself. Unfortunately, Adidas has fallen short in this area. Because of this experience, I'll be exploring other brands that prioritize customer service and stand behind their products more effectively.

Had the original Ultraboost ST, and absolutely loved loved the shoe as a everyday shoe. It was comfortable, I could wear it all day running errands to walking miles while exploring during a vacation. Ultraboost 1.0 shoe (UB 1.0) was like walking on cardboard (boost material is observably less), maybe UB 1.0 is more of a running shoe rather than a everyday shoe? I don't know. I also felt hot spots with UB 1.0. So I returned it.

The tongue is attached to the shoe and is not movable so you can't fit your foot into the shoe, terrible design and useless pair of shoes.

At first, the shoe feels comfortable, but after a while, it starts to hurt your feet. If you do decide to get it, I'd recommend going half a size smaller - though even that doesn't seem to fix the issue. I eventually gave the shoes to someone else, but they had the same problem and returned them to me. Overall, a terrible experience.

It was an obvious second and that is why Zappos was the only vendor with this model Ultraboost. I have 3 other pairs including golf Ultraboost, and this was not a size 12. It was a size 11 that was mismarked.

I do not know what happens with Adidas custom service. It's not great at all. I ordered this product to give as a birthday gift. Seven days past the supposed delivery date, the shoes weren't even shipped. I contacted customer service, and they knew nothing. I was told to wait another 24 hours for an answer. So, it'd be another 24 hours for an answer of my complaint, another 5-7 days for delivery. At the end I'd receive the item long after the date I needed. I should have bought anything from the competition. They ship and deliver much quicker
