I really like these shoes. I ordered my regular size, 5 medium, and they are HUGE. Too bad, I am returning them.

My previous leather Chacos were great out of the box. These are slightly larger all the way around, less stylish, and they are tight across the toes. They need broken in. Chacos should revert back to the previous style of leather sandals.

I really liked this sandal but wish they offered them in half sizes. My other Chaco leather sandals are size 8, but my toes hit the little rim around the sole of this sandal. If the rim wasn’t there, the size 8 would have been fine. The size 9 was like a boat on my foot. Too bad, I would have love to been able to wear them.

Arch was extremely high.

I ordered new pair and recieved a used pair, buckles have been worn in, and dirty soles, looked as tho they were worn outside. Returning for refund please.

I have very wide feet, so these felt a little narrow/tight in the toe strap area. But based on my past experience with Chacos, they will stretch out. My toes touch the rim around the edge but, again, with six months of wearing, I think this will flatten down. The shoes have excellent arch support for my very high arches and feel cushiony without being too soft.

I loved these They are a tad clunky but fun and I could pull it off .

First of all buy a size smaller, they’ll flop all over and won’t fit well if you don’t. I’m a solid size 9 and I had to get an 8. They are a little heavier than the average sandal but the arch support is good and the leather is soft. They are comfortable and well made. Did you know hush puppies makes them? I love mine.

Really wanted to like these, but just too clunky for my needs.

I’m between a 9-9.5 in most shoes and ended up ordering this pair in a size 8 US (39 EU). The fit was funky, where sizing up would me massive but these felt about 1/4 small. Otherwise the leather and color are really nice and they seem well constructed. Light-to-moderate arch support is also there, so that’s a plus. I returned due to the size not working out.

Little too chunky for me

These felt like I’d stuck duck feet on my feet. Very rigid and wide. They large. I ordered my regular size since they were sold out of smaller sizes. For the price, I would also expect better leather. Arrived with knicks and creases. The leather was soft, but did not feel thick or strong.

Totally larger, out of the box they looked like a size 9, trying on, they extended 2 inches beyond my heel. I intended them to be size 7. Because they were so large, everything was off, width and arch support are unable to be commented on.

I tried these on a 9 and a 10. They run on the large side. I have other Chaco shoes. These just felt so flat to me.

The bottom is very chunky and pretty heavy. Also straps did not work well for thin feet - could not actually tighten them up that much so they moved around on my foot.

I love my classic Z Chacos, and i needed a slightly dressy pair of brown leather sandals, so i thought these would be perfect. They were not bad per se, but not perfect. They were long both at the toe and heel, although i dont think a smaller size would work considering my smaller toes were on the front edge. The holes in the straps did not match, one strap was longer than the other shoe. They were comfy, but i couldnt get past the look which was too clunky for what i wanted.

Very nice sandals, but not made of leather. They are too expensive for what they are made of. Returning.

Turned out to be far chunkier than anticipated, so I returned.

I'm looking for a replacement for a now-discontinued sandal with awesome arch support, so sending these back isn't a reflection on them. They are big and pretty clunky, though comfortably made. I just didn't get the strong support I was looking for as I practice-wore them around the house, so back they go!

Very good arch support but shoes were too wide for my foot

I usually wear Keen Zerraport ll size 9.5 or 10. The bumper protects my toes, they have a little arch support and the cute straps are comfortable when my feet swell. So I thought I'd have a similar fit with the Chaco Townes since they have a similar strap. I tried these on in the morning before my feet started swelling. I got a sz 10 and it was a full sz too big and very heavy. The straps were also very tight and even before my feet started swelling i could only fasten the strap on the first hole. I think the shoe bed itself, felt very comfortable although it has no arch support. As tight as the sz 10 was, there was no way a sz 9.5 would fit. I think someone with normal feet would like these shoes but unfortunately they didn't work for me.

The fit was fine and the shoes look cuter on than they do off. However, they were quite heavy, and I ended up with pretty bad hip pain after wearing them for just 30 minutes.

I really wanted to love these - I tried 2 sizes and the platform as well as the flat version. On the 6 the heel strap was great, but the footbed around the toe was too narrow. On the 7, the heel strap wouldn't stay on, and the footbed around the toe was still too narrow (and deep enough to give blisters). Super cute, but not for me.

Average to low arch support. Felt like I had a flipper on
