I love the look of these shoes so much (which is why the 3 star review). However, they are incredibly uncomfortable. My feet were so sore by mid-day that I had to change shoes. I'm hoping that they will break in some with wear but it is disappointing for them not to be comfortable from the start.

I had high hopes for this beautiful shoe. It fits well and is very comfortable, but is starting to tear at the front of the toe area on each shoe. Also, in the back. This makes them look cheap. I am disappointed in the quality. I purchased these in May 2023 and started wearing them in June2023. Started to tear immediately. Wish I could get a refund.

Shoes are a little tight... not as comfortable as my other pairs.

Stunning beautiful but lining is not genuine leather.

Did not fit as expected. They seemed smaller than average than the other shoes I got. The ankle also dug in to my ankle.

Shoes run small. Size up please! Unfortunately i got these shoes on sale and I can't return them as their policy. Ended up loosing the money.

Shoes are super cute & comfy BUT the heel area is coming apart.

Cute. My feet are wide and I ordered 10M, the decorative stitch on the sides of the shoes had me limping on day 2. Loose on the heel and the shoe came apart within days with little to no wear, really surprising for the money spent and the brand expectations of Cole Haans

These loafers arrived in the box unwrapped. The sides of both loafers are worn, probably due to no protective packaging. Can't be returned so I'm stuck with shoes that look used.

I bought these shoes in size 8 Pecan Leather and they fit really nicely. I liked them a lot but after only 3 wears, in less than 30 days and worn mostly inside, the leather wore off the front and bottoms of the shoe. If it had just been on the bottom and not visible while wearing I wouldn't mind. But the front of the shoe at the toe wore off pretty badly. The back of the show also started to wear, and I think it would have worn through all the way if I had kept wearing them. I was surprised and disappointed in the quality. I was able to return and get a full refund because of this.

The shoe is gorgeous, however, water splattered on them and they are ruined. Because of the color, it's best to scorch guard them before you wear them to avoid dirt as well.

I was size 6.5 and I bought 6.5 shoes. It was very tight, and the shoes were hard, and the heels were worn out.

Runs Too small and is uncomfortable - I am size 8 in all shoes but this one I would need a bigger size. Now I can not return it because I missed the box.

This shoe is causing extreme pain over my arch-big toe area. Never had this problem before. I got the pink and cream version of this shoe and it doesn't hurt me! What to do?

Toe boxed squeezed too much when my feet where inside.

I guess it's just me but the Drivers are always way too narrow. Sad to return it.

I have not had a pair of Cole Haan shoes in awhile, so I thought I'd try a pair for work. When I got these shoes they were REALLY thin and uncomfortable. I felt like I was walking on the ground. While I loved the design, I couldn't do the lack of support and sent them back.

Shoe lacks support, very unhappy.
