The fit was was true to size. I wear an 8 M. I was looking for a shoe that was leather inside and out without breaking the bank. I like the croc skin look and the detail on the top of the shoe and the chunky heel that feels extremely stable. This 62 year old grandma can't wear skinny heels anymore but not wanting to wear a completely flat shoe. This shoe will pair great with slacks, jeans, skirts, and dresses.

The shoes are fabulous and exactly what I am looking for. However, they click when you take a step and it can drive you crazy. I am returning them as much as I hate to.

I liked the shoe but it made a noise when I walked. Also a little large at ankle.

The shoes were true to size but wide in the heel.

Cute shoes! Perfect heel height for work and casual outings. Ordered my size which is an 8 but it was about half size too big. Had wore them out and about and the back side of the shoe would come off the back of my heel. Felt like a child trying to wear her mother’s shoe. Returned to get a 7.5 which was perfect. Exchange was seamless and quick; came the next day Comfortable to walk in with cushion support foot bed.

Beautiful shoe, but the heel slipped in both sizes I ordered. Too bad!

All great except seemed a half size too big. I normally wear a 7 but this was a little too big.

Returning to try a smaller size. The shoe is very attractive and I'm looking forward to another pair.

Really wanted to love this shoe as it was just what I was looking for; an embossed leather upper, low heel, and semi-formal. However, the toe bed was too high and was too tight in the width.

One pair to big, other to small

The shoes are very attractive. Unfortunately, the left shoe was too big on my left foot. I have not worn heels for many years, and I am uncomfortable in them.

Adorable. Very confining in the toe box. The cobbler was unable to stretch these sufficiently so I will donate them and get the next size up if it is available. Looks cute. Much better than my old black pumps

I normally don't have trouble wearing size 6 1/2, but these shoes were way too tight. I like the shoes, so hope a size 7 will fit.

I have yet to wear them. They are too large. Unfortunately, I threw the bag away so cannot return.

So cute, but very uncomfortable and they make a loud clicking noise when you walk. Sending back.

The description said Leather, once received, they certainly don't look like leather. If they are, it looks cheap. The style was fine, the sizing felt about a half size big, but they look plastic.

most uncomfortable shoe I have ever put on my feet. cheaply made and sure to cause blisters.

Unfortunately Zappos sent me these shoes in a much smaller size than ordered. My size is no longer available.

The fit and size were fine but the shoe itself neither looked nor felt like a quality product. I have other CL by Laundry shoes and liked them much better. This looked like plastic. Knew immediately that I would return.

It takes a special skill to fabricate a shoe which is BLOCK - LOW HEEL - SQAUARE TOE - all parameters of comfort shoe - which is so uncomfortable and so hurting your feet.
